So far my stay at Allora Wallace Park has been positive and with peace for me and my brother.Though we are not those that complain about everytging that goes on around is in tge comunity, we do value are safety and our neighbors very thankful of no issues that we are not aware of.People could respect the garbage area better it looks nasty when garbage is piled up out side the trash compactor.
Hallway is very nasty and dirty. This building is barely two years old but looks twenty. Trash dumpster is disgusting. Sometimes will run over.

Experience has been okay as a resident. Not too satisfied. Parking could be way better as there aren’t enough parking spaces. Apartments are just okay. Management is meh as I do not enjoy going to the leasing office at all. Don’t think that I will be renewing my lease at all.

I wouldn’t recommend them, if you are looking for a good community or one that takes the time to get to know their residents and is welcoming this is not it. Lived there for a long time and front desk said they never met me but I been more than a couple of times…they never answer their emails or calls. If you need a place to stay and that’s it, this would be it. Good apartment space and nice kitchen. Not the safest at night even if they have placed security. strict rules about parking even tho it’s not at capacity cuz no one moves in. It’s Mostly quiet place and everyone stays to themselves. It’s not very welcoming, even maintenance driving around doesn’t say hi or wave to greet like at other places we stayed at. Only amenities are pool and gym really.
Parking been so much better since they added visitor parking and residence cannot park in the visitor ! Pretty laid-back community I enjoy living here!

Don't feel safe, my car has been broken into twice, other cars have been damaged and broken into several times. Parking is TRASH! Vistors parking is even worst!
Very good staff & maintenance team! Extremely quick to fix any type of issue within the community! First time i have lived in a apartment complex & honestly absolutely love it!
I regret moving into this apartment complex. The area is plagued with constant crime, and it feels like there’s always a police presence. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep with all the disturbances. Safety is a major concern here, and despite multiple complaints, management hasn’t taken effective measures to address the issues. I would strongly advise against moving here if you value your peace of mind and personal safety.
The complex changed management in September 2023 before everything was great but the new management is terrible. From the leasing office being uncoordinated and losing and applying rent to the wrong residence to maintenance request never being completed not matter how many times you request. Unfortunately this complex has went down hill since the change. Notice that the reviews after the switch are consistently lower - there's a reason for that. They lack communication and comprehension for the complex to run smoothly. Glad I didn't renew my lease.
The walls are very thin. Had some issues moving in with the benefits promised. Wasn't able to have all my benefits provided to me in a timely manner. The front office takes a long time to respond to complaints or resolve issues. But overall, the complex is clean, up to date and quite for the most part.
Very comfortable,nice amenities,nice rooms! Bug problem and little anxious about security,but still nice apartment I think. Apartment events are nice too.
I've lived at this complex for over a year, and through two property managements. Alot has changed with the new management and not in a good way. We have less parking options for us and our guest, pool use is now limited and it requires multiple request to have maintenance concerns resolved and some concerns aren't acknowledged at all like unreturned voicemails or noise/smoking issues. I do like and enjoy my unit, and luckily, I do not have many maintenance request.
We moved in only a few weeks ago but they have been incredibly attentive and we feel very welcome. The apartment was clean and had minimal everyday damage from the last tenants (nothing we would’ve noticed if we weren’t doing an inspection!)

I loved it here but know this new parking thing where they are just limiting parking checking registrations is getting to be to much! Cars get towed left and right here visitors are afraid to visit thinking they might gets towed!!!

Decent apartment community, very diverse and conveniently located. The pool is very small for the community size and the walls are extremely thin.
Very good area to live in and so close to a lot of places to eat or shopping malls just a great area. Wish there was more community activities to do or even a dog area so my dogs can run around

The apartment complex is overall great. The only caveat will be the type of neighbors you get; loud or play loud music, or the ones that have dogs constantly barking. The floors aren’t carpeted (which I’m personally thankful for) and I don’t think they have any major noise isolation so there’s nothing to isolate all that noise. Mileage may very there and you won’t know what you get until you move in or get new neighbors. It’s pretty standard fare apartment living wise. They recently implemented better security measures community wide - which has been very welcome. Amenities are great and floor plans location puts Allora Wallace as the best value around the area.

I give my experience a solid 4.5/5.0. My only maintenance issues has been the covers on two of my lights on the ceiling have fallen off and the screws on my toilet seat keep coming loose. But those are veryyyyyy minor problems that I definitely do not mind. I haven’t experienced any insect issues thank God since that is definitely one of my biggest factors when seeking out an apartment. We have also had a few safety issues in the neighborhood and hopefully the community heeds to some of the suggestions I’ve previously given. Overall though, I’m very satisfied with my experience!

I love the open space concept in my apartment . My neighbors are nice but sometimes people smoke in the hallways at night and will have the whole building smelly. I do wish they had carpet in the front room and bedrooms to keep the noise level down for the people under you. Other than that I love my apartment.

Nice apartments, very quiet and tucked away despite being close to Independence. Maintenance responds very quickly and management addresses concerns timely. Parking could be better, but overall happy this complex.

The new management company is doing a much better job than the last one. Thank you for your efforts! The transition from all utilities being paid with the tent to individual tenants paying them all separately themselves was a little rough. I paid the electric bill and water bill for several months but the previous management company never sent the money to them so I had to pay them again, not sure how to get my money back?

Overall the community is ok yes we get community events and the apartments themselves are spacious and cute however there’s been more than a few incidents now. Not very understanding staff but they’re nice. The staff has had a lot of turn over. They are quick to fine and evict but slow to hear you out and allow options to tenants who are on time and cause no issues. My experience is mediocre here could be better

Nice quiet atmosphere.. apartments are nice and cozy.. Nice gym area.. Just wish they had a balcony for the upstairs apartments. Pool area is nice during the summer..
