Property Ratings at Allora Klein Crossing
Nice neighborhood, quiet, safe, not many complaints, parking sucks. Maintenance quick and friendly. Wish we had patios/balconies will be the main reason I’m not renewing my lease when it is up
I strongly recommend staying far away from this apartment complex. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. First, the place has a serious bug problem. No matter how clean you keep your unit, you’ll constantly see insects and management knows about it and still hasn’t taken proper action. It’s clear the issue runs throughout the building, not just in one unit. I’ve had pest control at my unit a total of 4 times already within the month I’ve been living here and they use the same technique each time that is of no use as the insects don’t seem to be affective by any of the actions being done to prevent them. If anything it gets worse. Second, the advertising is completely misleading. The photos and descriptions make it look modern, safe, and well-kept but the reality is the exact opposite. Management will tell you exactly what you’d want to hear to get you to sign and than once in the problems arise. On top of that, the rent is outrageously high for what you get. You’re paying premium prices for conditions that feel neglected and unsafe. There are way better communities out there that offer lowers prices and safer surroundings. Between the poor management communication, and general lack of care for residents, it’s simply not worth it. Lastly, the safety here is questionable. There’s little to no security presence, and there have been several concerning incidents around the property. Management’s response to these issues is slow and dismissive. In short, this complex is overpriced, poorly managed, and unsafe. Don’t be fooled by the pictures or promises, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. The photos and videos I have speak for themselves.
I really like living here! I think the response time to emails or texts could be a little quicker but none the less the leasing staff is super helpful and nice!
I’ve really enjoyed living in this community! The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, and the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful. The amenities are great, and everything is kept in good condition. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience — I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

I like living here because the property is well kept and the maintenance crew is always very quick to respond to maintenance requests. I don’t have many occasions to deal with the people in the office but on the occasions that I have, they are also very nice.
Very clean and luxurious everything about this place feels well taken care of, from the modern details inside to the overall atmosphere. It has a classy yet comfortable vibe that makes you feel at home right away. The people here are truly sweet, welcoming, and always willing to lend a hand if you need something. One of the things I appreciate the most is how friendly and respectful the neighbors are. It’s rare to find a place where the community feels this connected, but here everyone greets you with a smile and looks out for one another. That alone makes such a big difference in daily life. Combined with the overall cleanliness, luxury touches, and positive energy, it’s definitely the type of environment where you feel proud and happy to live or spend time.
It was such a smooth and easy process! The team is very helpful and so far everything has been great! The only thing that has been a buzzkill is the gate and gate code functionality being broken.
the leasing staff is nice, but that’s about all. the pool is so pretty and one of my favorite features. have had many issues with bugs which has been disappointing being that i’m a clean freak. not sure if i plan on renewing or not, but it’s been a quiet community as of now.

Like the community and some of my neighbors. Parking is getting to be a little overcrowded hate that the tow company won’t tow someone out your paid spot unless the office calls and gives them permission. (What if the office is closed) other than that great community
Great maintenance, friendly staff, beautiful property. The only thing I don’t appreciate is some of the residence don’t take the proper care they should w amenities. Overall great property.
Things have progressively gotten worse over the six months that we have been living here. Our noise complaints about our neighbors upstairs with the three children that run, jump, stomp, bounce the basketball for hours EVERYDAY have been ignored. The office staff has changed three times since we’ve been here. The rules about a no smoking community, quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and the courtesy officers for noise complaints are all null and void. We have watched the apartments fill up with all kind of questionable individuals. Neighbors smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) in and behind the garages. One resident hooks up a water hose and washes his car. I am so disappointed by the things I see. Residents walking around with bonnets on cussing out their dogs that are NOT on a leash. Residents walking outside eating ramen noodles out the bag. Also there are vultures that surround the trash dumpsters that overflow. As long as the residents rent is paid that’s all that matters
Love my unit but the hallways need exterminating so bad, so many spiders and wasps, and the trash is ridiculous bad, people are throwing furniture and food and boxes all over the place in building 5s dumpster.

I’ve loved living here so far! From the amenities Allora offers to the friendly neighbors. Even just taking my dog out is so nice to walk around a clean complex
Everything has been great so far. The maintenance has been really quick especially when our A/C was not working well. They came up right after I submitted the request and have followed up a couple times to ensure it's all working well.
Highly recommended its very peaceful to be in these spacious apartments.Everything is very convenient and they have quick services. Love everything about these appartments

I originally loved living here but the insulation between the floors and management’s response to my noise complaints has caused me to fall out of love with the complex. My upstairs neighbors home theater system is utilized all day and well into quiet hours. I advised of the noise in person, over the phone, via email (with videos attached), and to the courtesy officer. Nothing has been done. I completely understand the normal noises that come with living in a first floor apartment but basically living under movie theater every day is egregious! I wanted to renew my lease and stay here until I purchased my home in a couple of years but my experience has made me change my plans.

I have been here for four months now, and I am still pleased with the decision I made to live here. The parking is terrible, though, and the dumpsters are not emptied on a weekly basis, which has caused a gnat infestation. Other than that, I love my apartment!
Its very noisy you can hear people arguing from inside so the walls dont hold well with noises you are charge valet but you have to throw away your own trash lol the appliances you get are dirty and not clean the hot water doesn't exist either.
The move in process was seamless. I would like to give credit to Mikayla at the front office. She answered all my questions and definitely made it feel like home.
Great staff and community. Easy move in and process. Brianna was the best! My remote key for the gate didn’t work and they were waiting on a shipment so she changed it herself!
The team is wonderful. Nathan and Mikaila are fantastic. Always helpful. The grounds are always clean. The maintenance team is always helpful. Most residents are pleasant. I like living here

So far since our move we have enjoyed living at Allora Klein. We love how illuminated the apartment is because of the windows. The support staff is amazing. We had an issue with our dryer and someone from maintenance came right away and not just fixed it but made sure it was working. We look forward to our time here at Allora Klein!
We moved in just 2 days back but so far our experience is positive. Our move in process was smooth. Leasing people were helping answering all the questions that we had. We called for wifi setup and parking and issue was resolved quickly.
Love it here I’d refer anybody here staff really respectful community great and everything is accessible everyone was very helpful and work orders get finished quick.

So far, so good the apartment complex at least where I am is quiet the maintenance people come very quickly. The only thing that I took a star off was the fact that there is dog poop on the grass almost every day the time I walked by I see some. I figured they would be a little bit more strict and hard on that.
The staff has been very helpful and most friendly. They have gone out of their way to become familiar with new tenants. I am looking forward as a new tenant to my time at Allora

Everyone in the office that I've been in contact with is super nice and helpful. The apartments are well kept and very beautiful. My kids and I love the place and we have thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. Also, have you seen the mailroom? It's super fancy! I will recommend this place to anyone looking!
