The overall experience hasn’t been bad but it’s been mediocre. While the compound looks nice, it doesn’t give off the luxury that was promised on the backend of things. One of the things I noticed is that the valley trash that is paid for in the rent/provided in the welcome home letter has been nonexistent, meaning that the trash has been sitting outside the door for 3 days.

So far so good. Can’t complain , only thing I wish we had more dog waste bins added with baggies and charging stations. Everything is clean and the front desk has been very helpful and kind.

Just moved here and I’m already in love with my new place. My building is down the street from the leasing office and sort of ducked off a little bit and I love it. The area is relatively quiet and the apartment is brand new squeaky clean. I’m really enjoying the peace and quiet I’m going to be sad when the building starts to fill up but it will because word of this place will spread quickly.

It has been a smooth move in process and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. I also love the view of the Charlotte skyline from our windows.
The application process as easy & fast. I requested a 24hr move in after applying and the staff made sure my request was granted. They moved quickly and with purpose. Everything was completed within 24 hours.
My tour of the property went smooth. I was able to see more than one floor layout. My lease agent was friendly and was able to answer all my questions easily. Move-in was easy and efficient. When I placed my first work order, it was addressed in less than 30 minutes, and the staff was polite.

Location of the property is far from community amenities. When I did a tour, my agent show me a unit in the community but on my move in date, I received a whole different unit far from the main office.
Overall good service. We made some last minute changes and the team at Allora made it happen. We had some delays due to the changes but nothing unusual

So far with this apartment building everything is beautiful , it’s very quiet . The only problem is the walls are very thin I can literally hear my neighbors coming into their home .

Everything has been great from the application process to moving in. The office staff is so helpful and kind. Every maintenance request has also been handled very quickly and professionally. The guy is very nice and the outdoor amenities look great for when the weather is better. Best apartment complex we’ve lived at in years. Thank you!
