Everyone at the front desk is always helpful with my constant, never-ending questions :) They have crazy (good) hours for being open. The clubhouse is a very friendly environment! If there is an issue, a service man is there the same day to resolve it. There are a lot of spiderwebs in the stairwell that could probably be taken care of, but other than that, it has been a wonderful experience so far!
My apartment community is pretty cool. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. I love the lease area and the gym . Everything is just great. And I love that we have security

i like it so far very quiet and away from a lot of noise compared to my last apartment. inside the apartment is nice and has space depending on what your looking for to be honest. And also free parking.

I enjoy my apartment , love the size and modern appeal . Had a few pest issues upon moving in but has since been resolved . Conveniently area close to uptown and south end
Great place to live. nice clean and safe apartment with many great activity. specialty coffee in the lobby. I was surprised so quiet then what i thought. also there are a lot of good infrastructure around. And very close to uptown. It takes only five minute to get there.

My only 2 complaints is that you charge $60 for a SHARED internet network by using the equivalent of wifi extenders in each unit. Each unit should be issued their own moden/router to be able to customize their wifi network appropriately if you are charging a whole $60. My other complaint is the lack of any sort of insulation between units. It should not sound like my neighbor is in my unit.
I am always amazingly happy to live here. This is an amazing property. I cannot wait to move in me and my kids have not stopped grilling, swimming, working out and enjoying life at Ashely Park.

Maintenance is timely on responding. My only gripe is cabinetry, they used a screw to somewhat level a panel and not use one of the plastic tabs as designed
I would like then common area hallways to be swept and stairwells swept more frequently. Other than that, I enjoy my experience here. Thank you :)

The internet service in these apartments are very terrible and third world country experience. I wish you are allowed to get your own internet service. You will be so frustrated if you work from home
Allora Ashley Park has made it easy to apply for & move into my new apartment. They have addresses any issue I've had in a timely & friendly manner. The girls in office are always friendly & patient. The maintenance guys are also friendly & very helpful. The apartment is clean, well equipped & beautiful! I'm happy to make my home at Allora Ashley Park!

The staff are all friendly and helpful. They work hard to keep the place nice and clean. I really love my apartment. The only downside I have is that the sound proofing between units are not the best. It's not terrible but it could be better.

Everything is great the gym, pool, grills, staff, and all the other amenities are too. Just a couple problems with Amazon but that’s kinda out their control.

The leasing agents are great and the property is gorgeous. They do a great job answering all the questions I have. Also, whenever something needs to get fixed, they go to your apartment immediately to fix it.

Has been very bad so far. This has been because of poor management/people that help communicate for the apartment complex. Apartment is full of bugs. It’s is overpriced compared to other options due to expensive utilities. Also trash services rarely works.

Comfortable living with Great Location! The location is super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and public transit, which makes daily errands and commuting easy. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with modern appliances and decent sound insulation. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and the leasing office staff has generally been helpful and courteous. The community is quiet and feels safe, and I’ve had no major issues with neighbors or noise. Parking is typically available, although it can get a bit tight during peak hours.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The apartments themselves are very clean and the amenities are great :) The only suggestion is tidying up the halls/outdoor stairway areas. There does tend to be spiders and such everywhere (but tiny ones so it’s not bad haha). It’s pretty great here so far for the 3-4 days I’ve been here :)

Smooth experience, like the layout of the single bedroom apartments. Like how everything is so new and like how nice the kitchen is. Large open living room area with a decently big bedroom is also a plus. I have also been enjoying the amenities such as the gym and pool.

The overall experience hasn’t been bad but it’s been mediocre. While the compound looks nice, it doesn’t give off the luxury that was promised on the backend of things. One of the things I noticed is that the valley trash that is paid for in the rent/provided in the welcome home letter has been nonexistent, meaning that the trash has been sitting outside the door for 3 days.

The staff at the office has been really helpful with everything. Although I had some issues with WiFi and internet connection, they were able to help me resolve it. They always answer emails and calls in a timely manner. Shoutout to Destiny and Nariyah!!

Very nice place. Quite clean . Close to airport and uptown. Good location. Nice and clean gym. All New equipment. My apartment room also new design. I truly recommend to anyone.

I love how welcoming the staff is. I had difficulty reaching staff via phone but otherwise the experience was great. I adore my apartment. It could use better sound proofing but its still fantastic.

I love it so far. Everybody was so nice, the complex is very clean and new. The area is also very clean with everything you need being so close. I really appreciate the location.

Interesting neighbor, i wish my apartment was finished like they said it would’ve been & not have to put in maintenance requests for what should’ve already been done BEFORE i moved. It’s okay.

So far so good. Can’t complain , only thing I wish we had more dog waste bins added with baggies and charging stations. Everything is clean and the front desk has been very helpful and kind.

Quit tucked away community that’s beautifully designed and functional. The clubhouse amenities and indoor post boxes are a huge plus. Can’t wait to get into the pool :-)
