As the DFW’s go-to town for restaurants and entertainment, Addison has a variety of attractions and amenities that make it a popular suburb. Addison Circle Park, the park as well as the neighborhood surrounding the park, is definitely one of them. The downtown park itself is a gathering place for the community, hosting a variety of events like the Addison Oktoberfest and Taste Addison. In addition to being the ideal place for events, Addison Circle Park offers walking trails, a water garden, and interactive fountains.
The actual Addison Circle – a traffic circle near the park – features a spectacular outdoor art display called Blueprints at Addison Circle. This huge, steel sculpture consists of 25 poles and five art panels and is about 133 feet in diameter. Its name is derived from the art displayed on the panels, which came from the town’s actual blueprints.

I lived at this apartment from 2016 to about 2022. Had a great time while I lived there. I don't complain much about issues or delay fixing issues. I got professionals to clean out my apartment when I was moving out but I still got a bill of almost $2,000. They charged for replacing floors and carpet which they were going to replace anyways, they charged for pet messing up the carpet "I have never owned a pet in my life". The list goes on and on. I called several times to at least get bill reduced but all efforts where futile. Ever since the apartment got sold to Greystar it just went down hill from there, they never fix the main door entrance men the list goes on and on. I have referred at least 2 people to this apartment and lived here over 6 years but they still wouldn't give me a break. My sister who has also lived there for 6 years got almost $5,000 damages Fees when she moved out and she did the same thing I did when moving out "hiring cleaners". How can you charge people that much to replace cheap Vinyl floor and carpet it's ridiculous. Move here at your own expense!!

Although Addison is notorious for expensive apartments, Allegro was in the sweet spot of a price range for my budget, not only this, it is located in Addison circle and has tons of restaurants, dry cleaner, parks, and most importantly my job, all within walking distance of the complex. Not to mention a Walmart across the streets and tons more restaurants further down. Not only this, but the apartments themselves are outstanding and really look luxury.

We found the Allegro by chance when we were in the neighborhood looking at a different apartment complex, and even though we didn't have an appointment, we were able to have a self-guided tour that day and ended up falling for this place immediately. We loved the location, the security, the friendliness (and down-to-earth-ness yet professionalism) of the staff - and the rooftop pool and exercise rooms were nice bonuses! The layout of the units and the price point was just what we were looking for, and we are delighted to live here!

It's like i'm living a dream sometimes...I hear many horror stories about other communities, but Allegro has been nothing short of a blessing for me. The staff is wonderful. They always keep up updated on everything. Whenever you submit a maintenance request, the response time is UNBELIEVABLE! It takes them no more than 24hrs too arrive and complete the request. I moved into this apartment complex because it was a "luxury" apartment. However, since January 1, 2021, this apartment complex has gone downhill fast. Multiple police calls, loud parties, break ins are a few of the issues. It is nothing like I moved into 2 years ago. Addison is an upscale neighborhood, but the apartment complex has really changed with it's tenant approvals.

Great amenities, work out gym, pool, billiards room. Quality maintenance team. Management cares and helps when needed. The surrounding neighborhood is fantastic. Once your home, everything's a walk away.

Community rules are selectively enforced according to the comfort and care of the property management. Many rules are not enforced such as breed restrictions and guest limits at the pool. Management neglects to go out of their way to make the property feel safe or well kept.

I like leaving at Allegro! It so convenient to restaurants, shopping and medical facilities. Like the parks for my dogs and myself to enjoy walking to and from my apartment! All the neighbors are friendly. It is very quiet for complex!

This was a pretty good place when I moved in a few years ago. It has gone downhill since. Fetch is a truly horrible idea for a package management system that makes things a lot easier for the apartment building but a huge pain for the residents to deal with. The renovation of the pool was originally scheduled for a few months and went about a year over schedule, and removed the hot tub amenity. The recent renovation of the exterior and patios was poorly done, with splattered cement on the patio and the removal of the any electric wall plugs from the patio.

Allegro is an awesome place to live in! The amenities are the best part of the apartment but even better that you are walking distance to entertainment and parks. I lived her 3 years ago and moved but moved back as soon as I could.

The apartment complex is beautiful and located in a very centrally located area of the metroplex. With acces to DNT less than 1 minute away, it provides easy and quick access to most areas in Dallas. The surrounding area is also very attractive with many nice restaurants and nightlife. The floor plans that Ive lived at (two apartment layouts) have been perfect for me and I plan to live at Allegro for the foreseeable future.

I do not regret our decision in moving into Allegro. From the leasing management team to the people in the community, the green areas surrounding Addison Circle and our living space altogether has made a comforting, at home feeling from the get go. Allegro is a wonderful apartment community. When able, they host resident events which are always a delight to stop by. The amenities are awesome and there are restaurants and a park within walking distance. What more could you ask for!
