The location is great because you’re next to Parks schools. Minutes from downtown if you need to go North Cedar Park area with not that’s not far either. Hey great place to live if you like being in a nice neighborhood??
I’ve been living here for almost 2 years. The neighborhood is absolutely great. Very safe. The management has helped me out tremendously. Very good people. The worst thing is to live in a place with the management is horrible. I’ve been in Austin for 20 years and this is my favorite place yet.
I’ve been at Allandale Flats since 2020, and it’s been excellent from the start! Management is very helpful and responsive. I’ve only had a few non-emergency maintenance issues, but they’ve all been handled within 24 hours. Improvements to the property are made with very little interruption to residents. Having moved from NYC where I lived in so many overpriced apartments and neglected properties, it’s been so great to finally have a positive experience as a renter!
