If I could rate this apartment community a 0 rating I would. I’ve been renting for years and living at the apartment complex has been the worst experience me and my family has ever experienced and we can’t wait until our lease ends. Since my family moved in we’ve experienced endless problems living here my family has dealt with mold in the apartment, the A/C has gone out numerous times, water leaks, electrical problems, and the list of other issues goes on. We were told before moving in the unit was ready for our family to move in… WELL THAT WAS A LIE based on our experience. It seems like they move people into units and do upgrades to the apartment as you reported all of the issues that you are experiencing.
Moved in Oct 2023 and office staff has changed 3 x’s. Property is not being kept up like before and people who DON’T live here are constantly using pool and gym area which are no longer kept clean. The pool is dirty and trash left out. People are loud and do not follow the good neighbor rule. I enjoy the inside of my apartment but Sadly I will not be renewing my lease.

My ex-husband and I lived here for five years, from July 2017 to September of this year (2022) and we adored living here. The complex is safe, clean, well-kept and beautiful; the staff is attentive and friendly. Maintenance calls are not only attended to quickly but they are also acknowledged at a fast speed. We adored living here but the one and only con, which is what forced us to another complex, is that it is just way too expensive for us, and the pet rent ($35/mo) is outrageous. But to be honest if we could have afforded to stay, we absolutely would have. Thanks for five great years, Alexander!
They have roaches everywhere in apartment and the management denies they don’t have them and don’t show you your apartment even on move in day and flies and gnats are all over the building and black stains on some building walls . This place is too high to be this poor looking.

I moved here from florida in the midst of the pandemic and It has been amazing since day one. I visited a few properties and the customer service and just all around feel and look of this property sold me. The intior of the third story units is amazing. The management is always on top of things, they even helped me jump my car after the snow storm! Hands down incredible and especially for the price. Can't be beat.

I love Alexander Apartments, it is not place like this unit, the pool is perfect, amenities are wonderful , the new administration is so kind and specially the manager assistant Brooke does everything to help you resolve any inconvenience, any service requests is solved immediately. In 3 years never saw a bug on my apartment. Appliances are new and air conditioning or heating is always working. So glad that I spent last three years here with my daughter. Thanks for everything.

Do not live here it's not worth the rent my car was towed when it was in the spot we payed for , this morning my other car was broken in too right in front of the office. The dog park is just a fence with a gate and has a big hole in the fence that my dog has gotten out of many times.

I am gone give the review everyone wants I believe the GOD'S HONEST TRUTH. We all want to preserve our blessings, especially our family and our finances...let's all be honest...we love these two aspects of our lives and are more concerned about these than most anything else. My family and I came to these GREAT apartment-homes with both of these concerns first and foremost being what we were concerned about above all else. A safe and quiet place for our son and a affordable place to call HOME. With honest management and concerned owners for their own property and tenants; all with great hearts first and foremost. Mrs Brittany, Mrs.Shamra, and Mrs. Karen have all shown us exactly what we prayed and hoped for. Anything we have needed assistance and help with, has been given promptly-even if they had to stay past their shifts to help us, several times. I mean, every time we have had a concern it was handled in one day. The Alexander has proven to be exactly what we are desiring. I have done drive throughs at all times of day and night and the whole apartment remains quite. The Sherriff has always been present on the property watching the surroundings. All person I have viewed outside, at any time have been very friendly and courteous and we love that. The Alexander has proven thoroughly the owner and management, are concerned for it's tenants with the vast amenities they already have and those the owner has GRACIOUSLY decided to upgrade. I am in awe of all that they have to offer and all that is outlined to be added, our son is just as in awe. Plus, with the great location and surrounding areas. My husband is just GREAT-FULL we have a great place to be together and call HOME. If you need a NEW HOME, because we all know HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS...I say call the Alexander ask for Mrs. Brittany, Mrs. Shamra, or Mrs. Karen and let their truly kind and always sweet voices, up beat personalities, and their lovely presence make you and your family-COME HOME.
I have been here for 3 years, Great Management team and service, Issues taken care of quickly. Safe place, great amenities and close to everything in The Woodlands. I would recommend living here. Great place to be. Apartments are in great shape not run down.
The back gate was broken for a very long time. Only after one night where 7 different cars and trucks were broken into did they do anything about the broken gate that was left open. My truck had a window busted out and my personal items stolen out of my truck. Not to mention the lack of empathy from the office staff. This place also has a pond and the apartments around this area are mesquite filled cesspools. Maintenance request we not taken care of in a timely manner.. office staff hardly logged packages in so who knew if you got what was sent to you. The garage I had had a river running through it when it rained and ruined a bunch of stuff. All in all a bad place to live. The experience was terrible. Good luck if you rent there. That's all I can say.

Although our community is equipped with access gates, there is no warranty as to the reliability or effectiveness of any such equipment as a deterrent or in the prevention of any incident related to your personal security or safety or the personal security or safety of your occupants, guests, or invitees or the security of personal property in the possession of or owned by any of those persons. As you know, renter's insurance is required and we strongly urge resident's to discuss options with a licensed agent on how best to protect their personal possessions in the event of a loss whether inside or outside of the apartment home. I had lived there for several years and during that time the management has gone from decent to the WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Don’t make the mistake of renting with them.

Sandy in the office has gone way beyond anyone Ive ever met in the apt field. She is AMAZING!! truly a wonderful lady and I highly recommend renting here. Ive never been happier in a place. I wouldnt move out ever with the amazing staff they have here. Trust me they are incredible!!!

I was apartment shopping and decided to stop in without an appointment for some information. I was welcomed by Sandy. She was a true delight. She gave me a tour of the grounds and amenities that they offer as well as a tour of a two bedroom unit. I am looking for a one bedroom, and unfortunately they do not have any available. I was shocked as I read through the reviews prior to posting mine. I had such a pleasant experience and found the grounds to be really nice. Lots of landscaping and shade trees near benches to be outdoors.

Please listen when I say DO NOT rent from this place!! Cars are constantly being stolen, people are assaulted, and residents have been killed in this complex. It has become VERY dangerous. The grounds are neglected, the apartments are neglected, there are cockroaches everywhere!! I have contacted Sylvia numerous times and NOTHING is done. Rent is OUT of control. It keeps going up, yet they NEVER fix anything. Good friends recently moved out and were charged an outrageous amount and never given back their security deposit, in fact the management found things to charge them on. Management has lost all maintenance staff because she is RUDE. This complex used to be nice, but since new management it is terrible. I will NOT be renewing my lease.

I lived in the complex for 4 years. It was the biggest mistake. It's very unsafe. A resident was stabbed and killed by another resident. There was not letter sent out informing residents. The murderer was released on bond and came back to the complex and was living in one of the units! Again, no information/warning giving to residents. 3 different managers in 4 years. Silva, the current manager is awful. She has ruined that place and could care less about the residents and their well being. Lots of roaches and bedbugs in units because she does not take care of property.

Terrible! Residents murdering each other! Car stolen/broken into! Bike stolen! Drunks wondering over the fence by Walmart snooping into your car. Police with automatic assault rifles walking around during Easter Sunday while my kids are at an Easter egg hunt put on by the apartment outside. Residents smoking pot out in plane site. No servalence. Cars driving sixty miles an hour through the apartment complex. Gate is always broken so random scan come into the property. Kerri is the only good person in the office. Management won't call you back. Was charged a cleaning fee for leaving a shower curtain on accident. 105 dollars. Packages given to me that were not mine. Packages of mine given to neighbors. Trash all over the balconies, in front of doors and always over flowing at the main trash bin. Rent has increased every year. I lived there two years and 10 months never missed a rent payment and was never late. My base rent for 17 days in September was 700$. The are billing me well over 1000 for --------. My unit was clean and taken care of, but because they could not get back with me about rent they tried charging me late fees. When we said we are waiting on you guys to contact us they said ok no late fees but we'll charge you for this other three four hundred dollars. Also, the manager is a joke! Tons of randoms coming to your door asking for money. No barbwire fencing. Random cars sitting in parking spots foe months/Years!

The grounds are awesome but the organization is a mess. They do not provide the required 24 hour notice when they enter your apartment. The last three times they entered they left a note just before the office closed at 6pm and were roaming around my apartment at 9am the following morning. This does not work for me as i am at work when it is received and still at work when they essentially brake in. Today they are doing it again. They are performing a 25 minute apartment inspection looking for god knows what since it would only take 2 minutes to see everything. This is a huge invasion of privacy. The best part is they called it "annual" however i have been here for years and this is the first time they have done such an inspection. I will be moving i cant deal with the non compliance of state laws and invasion of privacy. Otherwise this place is half decent. The only other issue i have had is the $300 lease bump requested at renewal. I was at $1080 and they went to $1380 after 6 months.
Everything would be great if the windows were double glass to keep the place warm during the winter. Sincerely
