Property Ratings at ELEVATE Spring Crossing
My experience with Elevate Spring Crossing — both as a resident and as someone who worked on the property — was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend it. 1. Difficult lease terms Early-termination fees were extremely high, there was no flexibility, and many residents I met felt stuck rather than supported. It often felt like profit was prioritized over people. 2. A/C systems that constantly struggled The HVAC units were older and frequently failed during hot weather. As both a resident and an employee, I saw the same issues happening across the property, with temporary fixes instead of long-term solutions. 3. Inconsistent pool maintenance I rarely used the pool because the water often didn’t appear properly balanced. Despite bringing up concerns based on my professional experience, the issues I noticed never seemed to be addressed. 4. Work environment that dismissed feedback While working here, I tried to improve resident comfort and safety based on years of experience, but my input was consistently ignored. At one point I was told directly that improving equipment for residents wasn’t a priority, which was disheartening to hear from leadership. 5. Unfair move-out charges I left my unit clean, patched, textured, and was told repainting wouldn’t be charged — yet I still received move-out fees for items I believed I had already taken care of. Bottom line: The property looks nice from the outside, but the overall experience didn’t match the price or expectations. Between the rigid lease terms, maintenance issues, and lack of responsiveness, I believe there are better-managed communities in Spring where residents are treated with more care. My advice: save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Beware!!! The complex manager does NOT refund your deposit without creating bogus, exaggerated and phony damage charges. Some landlords make a practice of never returning security deposits, Elevate Spring Crossing Apts is one.

Upon a Resident's vacating of the property, our Management and Maintenance Team perform a thorough walk-thru of the apartment to assess any damages that go above and beyond normal wear and tear consistent with the process outlined in the lease agreement, which is standard practice across the industry. Any damages found to go above and beyond normal wear and tear are heavily documented (with photos) and presented to the vacating Resident with their final move-out statement. A Resident's security deposit may be applied to the final balance owed (which includes final monthly rent and utility charges) which is consistent with the lease agreement. The property was nice as ARIUM and disability friendly. Since changing to ELEVATE the property management does not care. If you live outside of building 1 - especially on the third floor it’s disgusting. The ACs also either freezes or doesn’t blow in your room so it will be HOT ! oh no worries they will try to blame you so your not able to file a civil complaint. Essentially, HVAC will come and run diagnostics every time lol. But when is HVAC gon fix it tho ? So if your ok w/ an AC either freezing or running while not blowing out air and filthy halls. Not to mention a rude property manager that you will have to call corporate on to do her job ( even with rent on time ) as she plays on her phone all day - while the leasing agents do her work; and threats you to pay HVAC salaries in order for HVAC to come for emergency maintenance / AC repair. Gon ahead spend your nice remote working paycheck on this property and Sign today :) the property’s value is at an all time decline anyway

On my last month of my lease, this apartment complex attempted to charge twice the rent and a month to month fee. I immediately went to the office to fix. In the office, the office manager could see both the double rent and the month to month fee. She credited the account and I paid my rent. This incident resulted over 1400 dollars coming out of my account and my rent is well under 1000. The next day I noticed once again the month to month fee was assigned to my account because it was too late to reach the office I sent an email and returned to the office the morning. I was told the managers were not in the office and it would be fixed soon which it was. Days later I receive a call stating no rent was paid as well as an extra $300 dollars was needed. Stating I had been double credited which was a LIE. I was credited twice because the month to month fee was placed on my account twice which in both instances was saw by ALL staff members that viewed my account. Now today they magically can not see that the fee was assessed twice. I showed several forms of proof. I am still fighting for my overcharged money back while they are still attempting to charge my account even more. I will NEVER move here. The staff almost NEVER answers the phone as well as the gate is ALWAYS broken. My apartment was filthy when I first moved in, in which I also had to complain about! I am absolutely mortified by these apartments.

Had very helpful service from Juanita and Matthew at the front desk regarding my tour. They made the lease signing process very simple and they couldn't have been nicer!
I have lived in this complex for 2 years, the parking situation gets worse as it gets more filled up, several people now have to park on the streets and there is almost never parking available for residents at night. No guest parking either if you happen to have guests. Office staff is unresponsive to customer needs and the maintenance requests put in are ignored and never completed. This apartment complex recently changed management and it seems like the new ownership doesn't have things under control. For the price they are asking in this area I would not recommend this apartment complex to prospective renters. Also, like the other review said, the walls are very thin and I can hear quite a lot of what goes on in the apartments above me and adjacent to me.
The apartments are not prepped prior to move in: kitchen floor bubbled, ac not working, ice maker broke, and on and on...

These apartments are absolutely beautiful. Lots of attention to details that matter from the granite, backsplash, cabinets, appliances (with the exception of the washer & dryer),blinds, doors and hardware. The amenities are very clean, very well kept and top notch. Having said that, the issue with these apartments lies in the construction. For example, when my neighbors open or close their door, my whole apartment shakes. If I am sitting on a bar stool in my kitchen and the man UPSTAIRS walks across his kitchen, my bar stool shakes and I feel the vibration and movement of each of his steps. I can't tell you how many times I am startled through out a given day. I am not sure what I am going to do at renewal time, I HATE moving but I am startled repeatedly through out the day can not be too good for my heart.
