      inhumane

      My son passed away yesterday at Alexan Braker Pointe, managed by Greystar. He had 2 cats inside his apartment. Despite APD acknowledging me as next of kin, management locked me out and left the cats trapped with no food or water. This is cruel, inhumane, and unacceptable.

      I recently had the pleasure of living at the Alexan Apartments, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the property’s modern amenities, clean and well-maintained spaces, and overall welcoming atmosphere. The apartment layouts are spacious, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind, offering everything you need for a convenient and comfortable living experience. What truly sets Alexan Apartments apart, however, is the exceptional management team. Natalia, the property manager, deserves special recognition. She has been incredibly attentive, responsive, and professional throughout my entire time here. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, Natalia was quick to respond and always went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. Her friendly, approachable demeanor makes the complex feel like home, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about the residents' satisfaction. The sense of community here is fantastic, and I truly believe it's because of managers like Natalia who prioritize the well-being of the tenants.       I LOVE living here!

      I absolutely love living at Alexan Braker Pointe! From the moment I toured the property, Leeann, the leasing professional, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the move-in process seamless and even took the time to recommend several great places to eat and things to do since I’m new to the area. Her local knowledge and welcoming personality made settling in so much easier! My pup is also loving it here—he enjoys the yappy hours and the treats in the office and all the attention from the friendly office team. It’s also a huge plus that The Domain and the surrounding area are super dog-friendly. The location is absolutely perfect—just outside The Domain, so you get all the convenience without the constant hustle and bustle. Plus, it’s super close to Arbor Walk and The Arboretum, giving me plenty of options for shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. If you're looking for a great place to live with an awesome team and a prime location, I highly recommend Alexan Braker Pointe!

      Alexan Braker is a great community with very friendly staff

      We recently moved into Alexan Braker Pointe, and our experience has been fantastic! The community is brand new, with well-designed units and stunning common spaces that truly enhance the living experience.       Great Experience here!

      Leeann does an amazing job Everytime with prospect that I escort to this apartment community. I'm super impressed how she follows up and has excellent customer service.       Really Great Apartments

      We were welcomed to our home by Michael here in Austin,TX. So much to do within the complex. The apps are really great. And wonderful service when needed help with anything. Apartment appliance issues, or just advice on good places to eat. Loving this apartment complex. Fully recommend. And Michael is such a great staff member.

      Alexan Braker Pointe is just amazing!

      I had a chance to check out other places(a lot) in the Domain but when I toured with them on the last day, I had no second thoughts! Firstly, the leasing staff is awesome! Each one of the ladies (Meghan, Daisy, Leann and Marya) is superbly professional and very good at what they do. I was given a tour by Meghan, she showed me the apartments while also learning my preferences. It was like watching an algorithm at work lol. It's been a week living here and it's been as pleasant as it can get :)
