Property Ratings at Albion Court Apartments
This place is wonderful. The property manager, Shauna, really cares about people and does everything within her power to help you. The apartments have a washer and dryer in the unit, there is a covered parking garage, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. You can even sign up for weekly composting. Any maintenance issues I have had have been resolved quickly and efficiently. The sidewalks are always salted and shoveled during bad weather. Neighbors are mostly quiet and friendly. It is close to a hospital and a fire department so you will hear sirens. But other than that I have zero complaints and I really recommend living here. This is truly a hidden gem in Denver.
I lived at Albion Court for 3.5 years and will continue to refer people to this place. The building is a little older, but the property manager and maintenance crew are amazing! Truly a great community to be apart of and it’s in such a great area!
