I recently moved into morrow park and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Josh and Katie in the leasing office offer amazing customer service and the maintenance staff takes care of any issue immediately. The amenity spaces are so nice too. Moving from out of state this place really feels like home!

Garbage. Have to pay $150 for the application ($50 for background check and $100 for “deposit” of their disgusting waitlist). In the past three months, they emailed me several times but there is no offer meeting my requirements. Janay and Miley refuse to return the $100 deposit and claim that they have offered me the apartment, but they didn’t mention it at all when asking me to pay the deposit.

Excellent location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes and parks. Helpful staff. Great pool and outdoor courtyard.
I recently just moved in to Morrow Park City Apartments. The staff was great getting us all settled in and helping us. The management made sure we had everything we needed and helped where they could. It’s a beautiful place and has great management. Would highly recommend.
