Maintenance Asked for the ice to be checked, the staff said it probably tastes weird due to castle rock water. I just moved from an apartment from down the hall, same building, and the ice was fine. He did not bother to even empty or check the ice.

Over all a good experience We had a handful of issues when we first moved in, but all of them were quickly addressed and the staff have been very friendly and professional. I appreciate all that they do.
