Property Ratings at Affinity 56
My experience at Affinity 56 apartments has been extremely disappointing. Excessive noises from neighbors, despite multiple complaints to management and authorities, remain unresolved. Maintenance requests have also been ignored. This lack of responsiveness and the resulting untenable living situation have led me to want to end my lease early, a request that has been disregarded. I strongly advise prospective tenants to look elsewhere. Save yourself the time, hassle and peace of mind.

Lisa we are sorry to hear of this bad review. Unfortunately our lease states 60-day notice to vacate and we have to hold everyone to the lease terms. In checking into your complaints about maintenance request they were all completed in a timely manner. If you would like to discuss this further please contact the office (801) 823-8141.
Nice apartment, but the management is a nightmare! They change policies at a moments notice and refuse to address serious issues. Find a better place to live.

Move in at Affinity 56 was nice and easy. Leasing staff was fantastic. There are curbs you can park a Uhaul on and unload everything to your apartment just fine. Double year round hot tubs are great.

We love living here at Affinity56. We haven't even her a month yet and have only had 1 issue arise and not completely taken care of. The office staff is great! The maintenance is on top of their work. We absolutely love the layout of our 3 bedroom! It's so open and full of natural light. The dog parks are so fun for our pups. Can't wait for the pools to open!

I tour the property recently and the floor plans are so big and spacious. They offer a lot of amenities and the whole property is huge, well maintained and just beautiful! I can’t wait to move in.

Affinity 56 is an amazing place to live. With two beautiful pools, fun parks for kids as well as dog parks. Its a beautiful community and it was an easy and efficient move in and lease signing. Overall Im very happy with this place and am enjoying it!

Me and my roommates where looking at apartments for 2 weeks straight and the first place we looked was here, after a week of searching about 15 other places none of them came close to affinity, it was clean open big and we each have our own sides and the club house and pool was amazing and the ladies in the front worked so well with us it was a great experience and we knew we had to come back and so glad we did

Affinity 56 is the place to live. With brand new modern apartments that have so much space and accommodations, you will always feel right at home. An on-site gym and a package parcel so you may not lose your packages were 2 key things for us choosing Affinity 56!
