The location is absolutely perfect. It’s close to everything you would need with easy access to shopping and restaurants. What really made it exceptional was the staff everyone was incredibly friendly welcoming and always ready to help with anything. Their hospitality truly makes a difference. Highly recommend!

If you don’t read any other review, read this one it is really really roach infested, so bad to the fact that I didn’t even take my things out of the boxes and roaches were trying to get into my boxes, baby roaches, big roaches German roaches to be exact if you don’t mind sharing with the roaches, go ahead and the apartment does not look like this The cabinets are painted black inside so you can’t see the roaches. The dishwasher is old. They have peel and stick on the kitchen counter, so it lifts with a little bit of water. The sinks clog. It’s really outdated the walls, crack, the whole thing needs to be teared down and rebuild

Great location near everything! The property management staff was very nice and professional, I had help from the whole process to moving in. However my living experience here was horrible , I had to move out in the middle of my lease due to a leak that caused flooding from upstairs unit. The unit was not professionally cleaned like I thought it would be. I experienced a very big bug problem from the beginning to move out. Now, the complex is quiet at night. Units needs complete renovating.

Moving in was smooth and quick which I loved but then I realized they do have a bug problem, which can be fixed other than that everything is good

Overall place isn't bad, from a street view it's a nice looking complex. Some tenants don't care to maintain the place throw trash around the lot, makes it harder for the groundskeepers who are pretty good about cleaning up after these people. Lack of lighting in bedrooms is odd but not the biggest deal. Main concern here would be the quality of maintenance.

These apartments are a great bargain. I love the safety of the environment that it affords me.

My experience at Addison Park has been lovely. Management are professional and very effective. I love the layout plans of my apartment and the beautiful trees.

The only positive thing I have to say about Addison Park is that, the leasing office staff are very polite and helpful. When I initially moved in there were several issues with the apartment from cleanliness, appliances, and insects. Two and half weeks have gone by and three out of at least twenty-items on my list have been "completed." I would not recommend anyone to stay at Addison Park apartments.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied since I moved in. Even emails are sometimes not responded to.

Overall a very quiet and settle place to live . No noisy neighbors or excessive noise .

If you are looking for a place to stay, consider Addison Park apartment. It has a great location and the staff is friendly and effective. The environment is well taken care of and pets are allowed. A good place to be.

I moved to Addison Park last year in April 2021, and that was the worst mistake ever! Poor maintenance, rude staff in leasing office, BUG PROBLEMS, thin walls, holes everywhere throughout my apartment, air stay going out, ceiling falling apart and MOLD !! Definitely will not be signing another lease here and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay out here!

(If u don’t wanna read the entire review just skip to the very bottom) If you just need somewhere quick to stay then this will do but if not….RUN! BUGS BUGS BUGS SOOOOO MANY BUGS, MOLD, BROKEN APPLIANCES!! I moved in with my boyfriend 2 years ago and it’s been a struggle. Recently they had painters come in (and no they didn’t tell a soul that they were coming) well the painter stood on our bed in order to repaint the ceiling and yes you read that right OUR BED !!! And paint is everywhere even our wooden furniture the real gag is the ceiling doesn’t even look good!!!…and they have the nerve the audacity to raise rent !!!!! And did I mention the BUGSSSS there’s a water issue on the property causing flooding at drains on the site whenever heavy rain hits and I’m assuming this is where all the bugs come from. Roaches LOVE it here. Addison also doesn’t require other tenants to keep up with their pet’s messes on the property so watch where you step. Did I mention I can only cook on one eye of our stove and it’s been broken 2 holiday seasons in a row?! ***BOTTOM LINE IF YOU AREN'T DESPERATE I URGE YOU TO CONTINUE YOUR SEARCH****

I love living at Addison Park! I was super nervous moving to a new city and getting my first apartment but the office staff was so helpful throughout my entire process to make sure I loved my new home! Anytime I have questions or concerns theyre always there to help! My apartment was ready in great condition with little issues, overall I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere safe and affordable to live!!

I’ve lived here for 5 months no problem management and maintenance were great. I moved from another complex not far where nothing was ever fixed on time but every time I called theses guys were on time. Thank you for making this a great experience

Living at this property for the past year. My experience has been great especially with the office ladies and the maintenance guys. This past year I have seen many positive changes in the improvements that they are doing around the property. My apartment is in good condition and if I have an issue the maintenance guys address the issue immediately. I tell them all the time that they are doing a great job so finally I decided to put it on-line. If you are looking for an apartment, then take it from me, this property will treat you right.

I recently moved to Montgomery from Atlanta, Ga. I chose Addison Park because of the location and good ratings. Addison Park is affordable and very convenient to the mall, Walmart, fast food restaurants; pretty much everything you need. My neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet. I had no problem with the maintenance, they made sure everything was fixed in a timely manner. The only problems I’ve had since staying here are my neighbors above me walk really hard and it is very annoying at 1:00am when I’m trying to sleep, the walls are very thin I could hear my next door neighbors conversation from my bathroom. Also, when it rains water floods the walk way entrance and the front of my door. Oh yeah, I had roaches when I moved in but pest control came frequently to spray so I haven’t seen any lately! Overall I would recommend these apartments but try to get on the second floor if you can.

Be very careful if you decide to move out there. I asked about flooding in the apartment before i moved in and she seemed annoyed that I asked and blew the question off simply saying it’s a plumbing issue because the complex is old but they had fixed the issue in every unit. So I took it upon myself to go ahead and move in and low and behold my apartment was flooded one day because the people who lived above us dishwasher was leaking into my apartment. BEWARE OF THIS ISSUE. Not only did it happen ONCE but twice. Flooding in your unit is a huge possibility

Addison Park Apartments is a very friendly and enjoyable place! They're very community oriented with many events for its' residents, and make sure everyone here has everything they need for comfortable and safe living. It's very quiet as well, something you cannot say for many areas of Montgomery! The residents here are friendly and wholesome! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who want to have an amazing experience!

Lived at Addison Park for three years now. Have seen the property continued to be improved upon month after month since the new owners took over in 2016. The office staff and the maintenance staff respond to my needs as soon as I inform them of any issue.

Affordable & Convenient. 1-2-3 bedroom. Doesn't matter. Rates compare well .. very well .. against other communities in Montgomery. Laundry facilities available (3 bedroom offers washer/dryer hook ups). Swimming pool .. playground for the kids .. pet friendly .. exercise & weight room .. and the neighborhood is great for walking & jogging. Convenient? Just about anything you could possibly need is right down the street. Grocery stores .. more than one .. anywhere from 1-2 miles away. Dining out? Plenty of restaurants to choose from and all within 1-2 miles from home .. and some are basically right across the street! Literally. Going shopping? Again .. mall, shopping centers, and numerous specialty shops all less than 4 miles from your front door and needless to say .. many are only 1-2 miles away. Hospital, doctors and dentists all about 2 miles down the road. If that far. And "vets for the pets" are just as convenient. And if your vehicle needs a little TLC you can get your oil changed, a tune up or even mechanical work done at multiple garages within 1-2 miles. Private schools abound in Montgomery. One is right around the corner. Less than 2 miles away. Private schools don't fit your budget and with your busy schedule just can't take the children to school? No problem. The school bus makes its rounds right through the apartment complex picking up the kids and bringing them home. Perhaps you would be interested in a little "higher education" yourself. Well .. we got you covered there, too. Not one .. but two .. vocational/technical colleges are less than a mile away. And undergraduate and graduate programs both are available at two universities 1-3 miles away. Village Green is an established community accommodating singles, couples and even an occasional senior citizen since 1972. As a long term resident you can take my word for it. Once you see for the affordability and convenience of this property you'll see that everything you need .. is right here .. at Village Green.

Village green is great if you are a college student it is affordable and in a great location.
