In spite of the changes there are still structural issues (like doors not locking properly), the garage gate being jammed, the garbage not being cleaned out so it doesn’t cause bugs, larger furniture pieces left in the parking lot.
I’ve absolutely loved living at this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, always quick to respond and eager to assist with anything I need. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. It’s been such a peaceful and comfortable place to live, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I had the pleasure of touring Addison Grove recently, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and eager to answer all my questions. The community itself is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and modern amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. I was particularly impressed by the state-of-the-art fitness center, the golf lounge, and the resort-style pool. It’s clear that the management takes pride in creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for residents. Overall, the tour was informative, and I left feeling excited about the possibility of calling this place home. Overall, the new manager is great. Have a main energy. Her two assistance are amazing as well. The maintenance team is pretty cool. Just need to heat a pool. Thought I would stay somewhere where I could get in the water, but even if is hot outside, the water is still ice cold so we’re paying for looks not really to enjoy it

I love this complex! The staff is super nice and the residents are great. Any issues that arise are taken care of as soon as the staff is made aware. The prices of the units are pretty standard, so no surprises there. Very pet friendly. Although it’s off of a bustling road, you don’t hear it at all. Great community.

This place is not safe to stay. I don't stay here, but my sister stays alone here and she has lost multiple Amazon packages and food packages There's a lot of robbery here and she's waiting for her lease to end to move out as she doesn't feel safe staying there alone. BEWARE!!

Amazing place to live. Whenever I call them to fix some things in the apartment, they never waste time at all. They will come fix the problem immediately after the report. It has been an amazing experience living here in Addison Grove.

I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone unless you're looking to save money. The floors are thin, I always know when the person upstairs is home. The hallways are hot and smells due to door-to-door trash. If you're looking for green/sustainable apartment this is not the place, they don't even offer recycling services.

The interior of the apartments is nice however, ive had issues with appliances as well as fixtures in my apartment. The hallways are filled with trash that nobody cares to pick up for days on end. The park of garage is horrible. The traffic trying to get in/out your own apartment is also horrible. Neighbors are very inconsiderate (loud music, banging on the floor during all hours of the night, etc.) Walls are thin so be expected to have a noise complaint even when you arent doing much. Overall, I just wouldnt recommend Addison Grove. Not for the price.

I have only been here for a very short tenure but, the entire staff has been very professional and helpful with any and every question I have had. The amenities are amazing! I absolutely love my apartment, a few minor cosmetic issues but hands down an excellent and affordable place to live. And it is QUIET!

Everything has been great here. The property is beautiful and the attention to detail paid by the designers /planners/developers is wonderful. Maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. They are willing to fix any of the things that come up from a building being very new. All the staff are great. My apartment selection and move in with Joe in the leasing office was easy peasy. Overall I love it here. Great location as well.

Elan Addison Grove is a beautiful high end apartment community. I love the fact that I feel secured where I reside and the staff is amazing, especially Steven. He made my entire move seamless from the beginning and is still going out of the way to provide the best customer experience!

Haven’t even lived in the complex a month and my vehicle was broken into in the parking garage right by all the cameras. Address The front office and they did not show a care in the world from the complex manager. Told me yes this has been a problem in the past having a lot of break in but Never was told about this when signing our lease. Talked to the security guard he said the same thing that this happens a lot and some have been caught with all kind of drugs and cash on them. Being a family with a 7 year old this would have never been a choice to live and regretting the decision to live here. Will be moving out as soon as possible!

Overall, Im really happy with the attentiveness and energy from Elan Addison Grove.
