Every time I ask for something to get fixed they always forget about it . Really bad roach and spider infestation everywhere Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Sink, and living room. There’s mold all over the roof even paint coming off the wall, I informed the office about this many times but they don’t care . I have 2 baby boys that are always sick because of this found a roach crawling on my sons head while sleeping.kids are in and out of the hospital MAIN reason why I just moved out couldn’t even break my lease .
I moved in March. the place is infested with roaches when I moved in and its hard to get rid of them. no utilities are included. The classic units are... well classic. I wish I got a renovated unit. I've had no issues kinda of irritated that USPS wont bring packages to my door if they don't fit in my mail box. They also dont accept packages at the office. The post office nearby is small and always packed. Also pidgeons always crap on my.balcony and I cant get rid of them. had some lay eggs on my balcony as well. For my first apartment, I really can't complain. it's a good starter unit and everyone here so far has been friendly. Some times police are here though. I've had no issues with neighbors mine have been nice. Might not renew my lease.

This complex is a family oriented facility. It has spacious units and is close to shopping and public transportation. The staff is friendly, courteous, and attend to your needs and requests. It's an ideal place to really call home.
Promenade at Sahara, formally known as Sahara Gardens, isn't all bad, but has some pretty bad qualities about it. The floor plan isn't bad, a little small but easy to work with. Nice kitchen, dinning area, extra window by the door is pretty, sliding glad door onto balcony with washer/dryer unit available upon request, all have two bathrooms, decent closets. Also, two pools, and a laundry facility at almost every building. It all sounds decent enough. Half the people are awesome, the other half think/are "gangster". The kids are the same way. One pool is never opened, one closes every other day because the kids vandalize the pool area. The laundry rooms are kinda scary, like, don't do your laundry at night, it looks like a slashed movie, scary. Unless you walk to the one by the office, you know, the one you walk by to see the model apartment. Which btw, the model makes the real apartments look like a joke. Most of the counter tops look trashy instead of beautiful, carpet is nasty, fake hardwood with patches. They dusted my apartment with that dusty bs that kills bugs before we moved in and didn't clean half of it up. Oh, and the bugs. You'll be living by at least one apartment hoarding roaches. They don't care they can get the apartment sprayed for free weekly . And you will suffer. It doesn't matter how clean you are, you'll have to get bug sprayed every 2-4 weeks because of neighbors nasty habits. The cops are in the area alot, either there, next door apartments, or at the grocery next door. I like to give the area star ratings like GTA sometimes....
Not only is this place conveniently located within walking distance of anything you could possibly need, but the manager is working hard to improve it daily. I was a bit weary moving in looking at past reviews, so I asked at the office before applying about those reviews. They told me, and have proven it, that the manager is quick to respond to any issues that may arise and FIXES THE PROBLEMS. So much better than my last apartment.
