Abraxas at 90 State

Well. My baseboards are seperating and cabinets are splitting. I need a fix now for what I pay monthly. It has increased more than 400 dollars a month since my first quote. I am here because I work downtown but this is ridiculous. The on-site personnel are great. This company is a leech. Building is not even half renovated. Blood in lift 3 has been here since I moved in.

My move-in experience with Abrexas was smooth from start to finish. Denise made the whole process so easy—she was friendly, professional, and always quick to answer any questions I had. She really helped take the stress out of moving, and I appreciated how welcoming she was. Overall, everything felt simple and well-organized, and I’m very happy with my experience!

Love it here! The staff has been wonderful. Can't hear noise from my apartment. All appliances are updated. Great high celings. Good location

The interior of the apartment is pretty luxurious. I really like the location and the convenience of living right in the city center. Got a lot of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The management team is also responsive and helpful.

It's been alright. I really wish all the amenities and the new facilities were installed quickly because the rent given to us doesn't match the current amenities that are available to us. Plus, I want more community interactions as well.

I moved all the way from Oregon. Denise and Jonathan have made the transition smooth and stress free! The apartment is beautiful and I have enjoyed every moment!

Great staff. I love the environment and the apartments are beautiful. Throughout the application process the staff was very gracious and accommodated almost all my needs.

Nice place but a few issues with cleanliness. A few mishaps with my mailbox. Still waiting on someone to fix it. Almost one week since I moved in.

My experience for the most part is great. On the other hand, it would be even better once all amenity spaces are completed for full use and taking full advantage of the services that comes with what I am paying for. I enjoy my living space at is is more than convenient for WORK, LIVE, and PLAY environment.

The apartment room is good, as per the rent. However, it will not be 5 stars until all the amenities are installed and the wait is taking a bit too long. I am still clinging on to hope haha.

Very friendly community and great everyone i meet so far is the nicest people i had a baby in my hand and a trash and this two ladies help me it was so nice having friendly and helpful ppl here??

We absolutely love our experience at Abraxas so far and am so excited for this mew journey! From the community to the beautiful lofts and all of the amenities to come you can’t beat it! Right in the heart of downtown Albany with unlimited things to do on a daily basis will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family!

Abraxas staff was very helpful and supportive throughout my lease and move-in process. Apartment is beautiful with upgraded appliances, very clean.

It would be nice to have full functionality of the building amenities promised. I’m already halfway into my second lease which will be 2 years that I’ve been here. Will give going on 3 years if I decide to stay.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend for your next apartment home.

Nice calm environment. Our apartment is equipped with all latest appliances. very friendly staffs. Parking is the only little inconvenience we have faced so far.

Beautiful apartment, great location, and nice people, but still under construction so public spaces are messy and amenities are not in place.

Very good experience thus far! I have lived here now since Nov. 2023. Staff and neighbors are all very friendly! Any issues raised are addressed in a timely manner.

The leasing office's manager and staff did an amazing job to help me move to my new apartment. I was a little bit apprehensive at first. I am glad that I am here. The leasing agent takes her time to show me around the residence multiple times. The entire process was flawless at best. This is a wonderful carefully crafted residence.

So far so good, but I feel that it is early for me as of now. I do like what I have for a room and the people that I've met so far. I am waiting on the new amenities for the common area as well as some joint activities in which everyone can take part and network.

I love this building. I love my apartment people work here. They are very kind and understanding. I am very happy. I cannot be more happy with someplace else. The ladies working at the front desk and Jonathan. There are incredible. I love them.

My son wakes up happy here. He’s only two years old but instantly learned to operate the shower controls despite never having showered before. Very beautiful building and everyone has been courteous all day long. When I had a maintenance issue, it was addressed in under 15 minutes, on a weekend.

Love it! Neighbors are friendly. The view from my window isn’t to bad. Building is quite quiet despite some on going construction. No complaints here.

This is my first visit to Albany. Excellent location and quiet facilities in Downtown. I like the view and the furniture included in my apartment.

The resident managers are amazing and have been a huge help in assisting me during the move-in process. I can interact with new neighbors and have proper sunlight!

They got to do something about the people who play loud music in this building. You know I like how the kitchen is laid out very updated. The amenities aren't done yet. So I can't really speak on that. Maintenance guys are awesome.

The leasing team made this move so simple! They communicated the entire process and it put me at ease. The building is gorgeous and I’m very excited to see the finished project this summer. It’s quiet in this building which is great. The finishes on the apartment are absolutely stunning.

Wish I never moved here. Asked to be released from by lease but that wasn’t an option. The promised amenities will now not be available until “summer” but residents are paying “Luxury rent” prices.

Moved in on the premise that this was a luxury building... anything but... the only luxury about this building is that it has an elevator that most of the times works, covered with protective sheets that it still regularly dusty and dirty from the construction dust and debris. You will find reviews from Jonathan and other workers on here and other sites that work in the leasing office and for the landlords. Didn't have hot water for months, have had nothing but a bundle of problems with this apartment building. Construction crews are great and nice, maintenance persons are nice, but I would never EVER rent here again. I have tried to get out of my lease but they are being difficult.

Not too bad of a move in. Rental officer was late but after that things went smoothly on move in day. I only got one half of the move in Special discussed so four stars overall

I’m really enjoying living at Abraxas. It’s been a great experience thus far. The apartment is very nice and so are the staff and all the neighbors.

So far it’s been great! Easily the nicest apartment we’ve ever lived in. After the tour the only thing we were unsure of was how our dog would adjust to a high rise apartment building and now living there with him, we realize we were worrying for nothing. There are a surprising amount of well lit areas around that are perfect potty spots. And the building itself is quiet and spacious which has been a breath of fresh air for our pup. I’ve also absolutely loved being on top of stage coach coffee. If you can afford it, I would 100% recommend Abraxas.

LOVING MY NEW APT SO MUCH. The big windows are awesome. The apt and hallways were clean when I moved in. The building is still under construction and lots of moving pieces but it feels calm and residential.

Very accommodating and thorough. I got my keys fairly fast. I love the decor of the apartment and I feel right at home. I can't wait for the amenities

So happy to be here. Although it is SLIGHTLY annoying to not have some of the amenities available yet, that's really the only negative thing I have to say about it. Such a good place to live and the leasing office staff are awesome, special shout out to Molly. I HIGHLY recommend everything about this place, it's actually lucky they're still finishing it up because I'm sure it will fill up VERY quickly in the future.

So I just signed the lease today and I could not be happier. It is actually the old Federal Savings Bank in the 1920, so it has SUCH a cool aesthetic. The open floor plans of the units are awesome, plenty of light and amazing views. The location could not be improved, it's in the heart of downtown Albany. The amenities are AMAZING, including an indoor dog park when you don't want to go out in the cold to take the dogs out. Special shout out to Molly, the leasing agent I worked with, I am a huge fan of hers, she's amazing at her job and extremely kind, she made the process more quick and painless than any I've experienced. Can't say enough about this place, by FAR the coolest place I have ever even heard of for an apartment complex, you won't beat this one.

The team, from the manager to the leasing agent and the maintenance staff have been amazing. The stainless steel appliances are a huge bonus as well. Gas stoves to boot. Floor plan is perfect for my lifestyle.

From searching to a place to move-in Jonathan our Resident Manager has been absolutely wonderful. I am so happy with the service, the staff and the amazing level of communication. It is a new building with floors yet to be completed, so there is some noise and things to get used to, but the staff have been wonderful, and even the construction people have been so kind and even helpful when I was moving in. Abraxas at 90 State Street is definitely the right home for me.

The apartment is sparkling new and clean. Everyone is so friendly and the responses are quick and helpful. The building is spacious and safe.

Great and state of the art apartment look. Amazing location in Albany NY downtown. A perfect place to live with my wife to share the time in the amenities available in the apartment area. The MVP arena is located basically next to us, it is a plus.
