About This Property

Modern, vaulted, open floor plan 2 story condo with a beautiful creek view from the living room. Outside private deck balcony also overlooks the creek. 2nd floor vaulted extra office space is a 2nd living area. Ceramic tile throughout the 1st floor. 2nd bathroom and bedroom recently updated and lots of extra closet space. There are places to eat, gas stations and a Walmart within minutes of the community. A minimum 1 year lease is required, and all applicants must credit qualify. 35$ per person app fee. Deposit could be negotiable based on credit. The unit has one assigned covered parking space. Additional cars can be parked in any uncovered parking space, and registered with the HOA. Water, gas and trash are included in the price of rent. You will be responsible for electricity, cable and internet. Small pets allowed on a case by case basis, and will require an additional $350 pet deposit and $10 monthly pet rent. No smoking. Deposit amt will depend on credit and application.
