You pay your own metered electricity/gas, internet. This apartment is available December 1 with some flexibility. Smoking/vaping of any kind is not allowed on this property, building or grounds. Pet Policy: We will consider a neutered/spayed cat with an additional $15/month pet fee. The following information explains our acceptance criteria by which all applicants must qualify. Please be sure that all adult members of the household complete a separate application. Additionally, members of the household (including minors) must be listed on each application.
