Hi there, I'm currently living in Arlington in a 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom condo located on the second floor of the condo. I'm looking for a young professional female to replace my roommates spot since she will be moving out at the end of this month. The 6 month lease would begin Sept 1st, but the place is available for move in August 27th. If you would like to extend the lease to 12 months the landlord would be more than happy to have you, I just felt 6 months was easier for the time being. Rent is $1150 per person per month. Utilities and Cable add $125 or less each per month. Parking is included! About the place: - 5-10 minute drive to Clarendon - 5-10 minute drive to Pentagon City Mall - Bus stop on the block that takes you to Pentagon City Metro - There is a Giant and a gym within walking distance. - Cute Balcony on the top floor. Nice for getting some sun and drinking a glass of wine....or two. - All the appliances are 2 years old, stainless steel, etc. The washer and dryer are actually brand new. - Laundry in unit - All you would really need to fully furnish is your room....and maybe a couple things in the living room, (like a TV, small outdoor grill, lamp, garbage can and a little bit of décor to make it feel like home :)) About me: Young Professional Female, 24 years old, work a typical 9-5 for a govt contractor. I like to go to happy hour occasionally, spend time with my 3yr old French Bulldog, hangout with friends on the weekend at wineries, brunch, or just chill the couch watching movies. I'm easy to get along with. As stated above, I do have a 3 yr old 23lb Frenchie. She's adorable of course. I'll be paying pet rent so you don't have to worry about that. I may ask you to walk her if you beat me home from work some days, but that's pretty much it. She's lazy lol. About you: Mid to late twenties professional Female. All I really ask is that you are clean, respectful of others, and responsible with payments. I get that we're in our twenties and like to go out sometimes so come and go as you please. Just be mindful of the neighbors when you come home late. And no smoking, drugs or other pets, sorry. This place went really fast the last two times it was listed so if you're interested in seeing it, email me soon.
