This home offers a private driveway for 2 vehicles and an in-unit full-size washer and dryer. Pets are welcome at a cost of $10 per pet, per day. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and cost $15 per hour. For guests staying longer than 15 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee will be assessed. If you believe you left an item, it can be shipped to you for a $20 fee, plus the cost of materials and shipping. Located in East Central Salt Lake City, this home is just minutes from 9th & 9th, one of the city’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods, offering easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, local boutiques, yoga studios, and everyday essentials. It is 2 miles to Downtown Salt Lake City, 2.5 miles to Salt Palace Convention Center, 1.5 miles to the University of Utah, and a 3-minute walk (.25 miles) to 9th & 9th. Whether you’re staying for work or lifestyle, you’re within driving distance to Utah’s top outdoor destinations, including Snowbird (24 miles), Alta (25 miles), Brighton (28 miles), Solitude (26 miles), Park City (29 miles), and Deer Valley (30 miles). This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property; a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if smoking or vaping is found on the premises. If the property is not pet-friendly, no animals are permitted, and a $250 fee will be assessed for unauthorized pets. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. If an early check-in or late check-out is not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time. The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing, and additional fees may be assessed for guests staying at the property above the number indicated on the reservation. For guests staying longer than 15 days, the extended stay cleaning fee must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. For guests staying longer than 30 days, property evaluation walkthroughs will be scheduled by the partner every 30 days to ensure the property is in good condition and that no additional maintenance is needed; these visits may be combined with other recurring services. Any items missing or broken must be reported to the trusted partner, and additional charges may apply. Moving of furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property. No garbage or debris should be left outside unattended; all garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle, and a $30 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage. Guests are not permitted to book on behalf of someone else. Street parking is not permitted. Please note the orange poles and only park between them in the fall and winter, as those are areas that will be plowed for use. Outdoor security cameras may be in use and are disclosed on the listing, with no cameras located in or pointing to indoor spaces. Do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose, so be cautious, store food and garbage in bear-proof containers, and do not approach wildlife; no food or drink should be left outside unattended. No firing of weapons of any kind is allowed on the property. No tents are allowed per subdivision rules. No large bonfires are permitted, and only firewood is allowed to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons; no pallets, plywood, garbage, or other debris are to be burned, and all fires must be fully extinguished with water after use. The trusted partner's properties might require light maintenance and service during your stay, depending on vendor schedules; if work needs to be done, you will be notified in advance, and maintenance team members will have access to the property during normal business hours if no one answers the door.
