Along with multiple shopping plazas and restaurants, City Center is home to Town Center at Aurora, a large mall. The neighborhood also has a small park for residents to enjoy. The residential streets of City Center have condos and mid-rise apartments available for rent. Aurora is a popular option for commuters since it has a lower cost of living than Denver and typically has more affordable rental options as well.
