Moved to Chicago a year ago and chose 920 N Wells pretty much at random, and couldn't be happier. Amenities are amazing, everything is brand new, location is excellent and the staff are on top of everything. Never had a package stolen or any issues like that. Can't recommend enough.

The apartment is very nice and the complex has amazing amenities. The front desk concierge staff have been extremely friendly and helpful and took the time to remember who I am. The location is perfect for my situation and I feel safe in the neighborhood. Overall I would recommend this apartment to others.

920 N Wells is a great place to live! Lots of energetic working professionals and young families! Great amenities and wonderful staff. The apt is one of the largest one bedroom/den apts I have seen in the city. Great neighborhood too! So far the building is gorgeous, the staff is top notch and the location is great. The finishes in the units are very high-quality and between the tucked-away location of the building and thick windows, it’s silent at night.

Amazing apartment and design, amenities are second to none and have nothing but praise for the staff. Understand it's a new building and items are being worked out but the HVAC has been something to improve on.

Moving in was a great experience. Polite staff and great new building. Amenities are also amazing. I would recommend this building to a friend.
Wonderful apartment and building! The unit was extremely clean when we moved in and a bunch of little move-in gifts from the building were waiting for us. The onsite staff made the whole move in process extremely easy and were very friendly and helpful the whole way through. The building amenities are gorgeous (especially the rooftop deck!) and well kept. Location is great as well - perfect distance between Old Town and River North. We're very happy and excited to live here!
