Move in process was seamless. Leasing agent, property manager, maintenance and staff are helpful and pleasant. Just moved in and have nothing but great things to say about my experience so far.

The most welcoming place ever! I love the front office staff and the neighbors. The only complaint is I didn’t move here sooner. A gem in the heart of Buckhead.

Excellent location . The warmth and friendliness of the staff make it very nice and easy to settle. Everyday you see someone and they are always saying hello. Especially as when you live on your own the small things are very important .

Outstanding living experience! I couldn't have made a better choice in a building. All communal areas are clean around the clock. The staff is very responsive.

Great place to live. Very convenient to walk to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Landscaping always very well maintained. Maintenance issues are addressed very quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

We’ve been living here at West Paces ferry for close to two years. The personnel, property, and location are perfect for us. The management and maintenance personnel here are outstanding. The service they provide is excellent-They are Insanely attentive and responsive. The property is safe, clean and very well maintained. We love the amenities-the pool, the gym, the common areas and even the coffee machine!!! For us, the location is perfect. We have a Whole Foods across the street, a Publix right down the street and countless restaurants and bars just a short walk away. We would recommend 92 West Paces to anyone!!

I would give the property an overall 4, however, the property needs to explore options for additional soundproofing. You can hear too much through the walls of the adjacent apartment.

92 W Paces is the best community in the Buckhead area. The management team is knowledgeable and very responsive. Neighbors are welcoming, nice and fun to be around. And, the community is within walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping in the Atlanta!

I moved in a week ago and this community has exceeded expectations! The apartment is amazing, the community is very quiet, clean and safe. The application process was smooth and the leasing staff is very nice!

The community itself is very well kept and quiet as a whole. It’s tucked away in an area that is both walkable, but situated in a way where it feels almost suburban. The amenities are up to date and the residents are friendly!

For me (I’ve been here since 10Apr2016), the building environment is very comfortable, the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, the residents in the building are very nice and friendly, it’s a great community!!

I renewed my lease for another year recently. The management was responsive to my complaint about elevator noise and the rent increase. Since then, the elevator noise has been addressed and reduced (at least I think it has, but since the one elevator is always out of order, it is yet to be confirmed). One comment: the visitor parking pass thing is cumbersome. It would be better if visitors could register their car with the office, and not have to have a paper pass. The parking lot booting company could just check the list and see who was registered on any given day. The technology exists...

Management was extremely communicative and caring during my process of moving in.

I like my apartment, although There is a ton of noise on my floor. You can hear everything as you walk by. Insulation is not very good. i’m not completely in my apartment yet, but if I’m able to hear noise after 10, that won’t be good. I hope residence are aware that other residents can hear everything they’re saying. My apartment is very clean, and I like it. Other than the noise on my floor I don’t have anything really to say yet.

I submitted a maintenance request and it was handled promptly. The professionalism at 92 West Paces is unsurpassed!

We love that we are safe and know if we need anything like maintenance we can submit the request and get taken care of. Everyone is nice and helpful in the community.

I’ve had a part-time apartment at 92 West Paces for the last three years. I was planning on moving out to get closer to my office. However, after looking around, I decided to renew my lease for another year. I have Love living here. Jorge with maintenance is always fantastic and all the ladies and leasing office are very supportive and fantastic as well, this is truly a hidden gem and Buckhead

It's a great community and the staff and maintenance are awesome and responsive. You can't beat the location that is so convenient to everything!

I’ve only just moved in but what a great experience it has been. Having rented in several places, my feeling is that this building is safe, quiet, clean and has all the amenities that make it a fantastic home base!

Location is everything! The community is very quiet and amenities are perfectly upkept. The residents and staff are all very friendly. The renovated apartments are really nice as well including the appliances.

Awesome convenient location and community. The units are nice with high ceilings. There is a lot to do in this area. nice, helpful employees and staff.

It’s a very secured and convenient location. Close to the highways; walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, banks, etc. Maintenance of the building and apartments is very nice.

Beautiful, well managed, quiet upscale community. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. We have been living here for about 3 months already and can't complain. Well kept common areas and great ammenities. We are happy!

I have enjoyed and appreciated my residency (7 years) at 92West, the entire staff is always so very kind and professional, it makes living here a pleasure. This is home.

Having just moved in, my first impressions are fantastic. The building is incredibly clean, top to bottom. Upon arrival, my key fob wasn’t working to open the garage door so I went to the leasing agents at the front and the problem was immediately solved, which is more than I could ask for (have definitely lived at places where this was not the case). Amenities are stunning, everyone I have met in elevators have been SO friendly and so nice. Am absolutely loving it so far.

We just moved in a couple of weeks ago. We down sized from a very large home and have never been happier! We love it here. Everything is always very clean and very maintained. Very friendly and helpful employees.

The move in process was very quick and easy. My partner and I decided to move in after visiting the property. Everyone was very nice and professional. We were at able to speak to a few residents while we were there. Nothing but rave reviews all around.

Great location. Staff works hard. Always something wrong with building. One elevator has been down since last year and not fixed. Other elevator breaks often or is booked for moving so have to access other side of building. Staff says “part is on back order.”

I like all of the new renovations, especially the package retrieval boxes. I am not crazy about all of the accessories and coverage that was put by the pool. It’s too busy looking. Plus, if you want sun, there’s really no place to get it on a lounge chair. Noise in the hallway is still a problem. I do feel very safe here. The staff is very kind.

Have lived at 92 West Paces the whole 4 years I lived in Atlanta, and have really loved my time here! The location is super great, it's relaxing and picturesque and walking distance or very short drive to grocery stores, nice restaurants, shops, and bars, and everything I needed. It's right in the best part of Buckhead. Right in the middle of the city vibe and the more nature side, so it has really beautiful routes for running/jogging on either side. The apartments are very nice, the pool and firepit area are great. It's cozy and very comfortable. The office and common area for residents is pretty. Maintenance is fast and they are very nice. The leasing team is also super sweet and amazing. Jordan, Kelly, and Martha are always kind, really responsive, and awesome! They made living here super comfortable, and they get to know all the residents to make it feel like a small community. I really felt relaxed and at home, and have loved my time living here. Was sad to say goodbye. I loved coming home to this place and will miss living here, and the team!

Just want to say that this apartment complex is excellent in excelling at providing great satisfaction when it comes to my maintenance request. Dwayne is especially helpful and makes sure that my request is done right the first time. It is truly nice to know that your apartment will always be well taking care of with a prompt response once submitted!

Property management, especially Dwayne takes really good care of the residents. Never had any issues and location is great.

We love living here! It's a fantastic location in Buckhead with shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and more. The community and property are well maintained along with great amenities. (roof top, pool, workout gym) The staff and maintenance are amazing, and our friendly staff do regular events for the tenants showing their appreciation. I highly recommend living here.
