This lively scene is typical for the area, which is not quiet and includes a high volume of foot traffic. Guests will also need to navigate stairs to access the unit. Location is everything - Stay one block from the ocean and Collins avenue. The tastefully designed and spacious one bedroom apartment will make you feel right at home. The apartment features brand new flooring, a walk in closet, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen size bed and a large proper dining area. Keypad door for easy self entry and check out. LOCATION: Located on the Ocean Drive strip with restaurants, bars and entertainment right downstairs and the ocean right across the street. Walk to Collins ave, Washington Ave and Lincoln Road for shopping and more dining options. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability. BEDROOM: Features a Queen bed and spacious walk in closet and dresser. LIVING ROOM: Features a sofa with a queen size pull-out bed that can sleep 2 people. There is a dining room table with seating for 4 people. There is also a Smart TV. BATHROOM: Features a shower. KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you\'d need to cook a meal in. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you\'d like in a kitchen for cooking. The kitchen opens to the living room with a nice island nook. PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be left in the lobby as long as a mailbox key is not required. NOTE: There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest\'s responsibility. PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service. GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions.
