Won't live here for free!

This has been my worst experience ever! If you are planning to stay in one of the apartments please be prepared for the following things: 1) Alarms go off for no apparent reason. 2) When it rains the crapper starts throwing out water (imagine you are taking a dump or a leak and all of a sudden there is a rumbling noise and the water from the crapper starts spring all over your butt). 3) The management lady is just the worst 4) To fix the smallest of the things the management would start bargaining with you (personal experience: There was a minor fix that could have been done for FREE or at max $ 10. The management quoted me $300, then reduced the price to $150 and finally agreed in $ 20. Either I have awesome negotiation skills or the management just wants to mooch off money) 5) There is absolutely no FREAKING heat in my apartment. The heat is set at 80 and the temperature in the living space is 66, in my room is 68 and in my bathroom is 63! (I have reported the matter to the management but nothing has been done) 6) There heating and cooling unit is right next to the main electrical unit (which according to me is a safety hazard) in the apartment and there is a leak in the unit. PLEASE AVOID 917 ARCH STREET!

Do not live here'

Building has lots of mold and mildew that's just covered up with paint and Sheetrock. It's a huge health hazard to live here. Leaky ceilings, falling apart. Damage to personal property.
