The apartment features a bright, open concept living area, with a kitchenette that includes a full-sized refrigerator and stove. The generously sized bedroom (185” x 106”) has a wall-to-wall closet and additional walk-in-closet (60” x 42”), as well as a full bathroom. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, and laundry is shared in the landlord's basement. ADDITIONAL DETAILS The apartment is available March 28, 2020. We conduct a credit check on all applicants. For move-in, we ask for a two-month security deposit and first month's rent. Tenants pay 25% of monthly electricity, oil, and cable/internet bills.
