Poorly maintained. Poorly insulated. Bad management. Bad maintenance. Very dirty. Bad wiring. Little to no notice for anything. No emergency contact. Property owner/manager is rarely reachable. Property owner/manager blatantly lies to attempt to get what he wants and consistently fails anyway. Holes in walls. Holes in cabinets. Things that do get "fixed" could've been done better and in a fraction of the time by a 2nd grader with no previous experience. All 10 apartments are approx 630 sq ft.
