A private swimming pool with a heating option is available. Pets are allowed, and long-term stays are welcomed. Free parking is available on premises for up to three vehicles. The garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, billed separately, with at least one week's notice required. Propane for the grill must be provided by the guest. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed on the property with a pet fee of $150 per dog. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to follow trash disposal rules can result in fines up to $300. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. The grill is a propane grill, and propane must be provided by the guest. We cannot guarantee the propane tank will be full upon arrival. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations or choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more.
