Pets are welcome, with a fee of $150 per dog for up to two dogs. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, and we request at least one week’s notice for this service. Free on-site parking is provided in the driveway, with space for up to three vehicles parked side by side. This is a non-smoking and no-drugs property. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp, and late check-outs not approved in writing may incur a fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. This home can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon. The number of vehicles on the property's driveway should not exceed three per reservation. Propane for the grill is provided by guests, though a tank is available for refilling. This is a self-catering home, and supplies like toilet paper, soap, and coffee are provided as a starter kit and are not replenished during your stay. Due to Florida's climate, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence, and while the property is professionally sprayed, packing bug spray is recommended. Fireworks of any kind are prohibited, and firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours, wipe shoes at the door, and dispose of trash properly upon departure, with failure to do so potentially resulting in fines up to $300.
