Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations potentially resulting in fines from building management. Parking is available only in designated spaces, and permits must be displayed to avoid towing. The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage exceeding $300, or damage caused by policy violations. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
