It includes a washer and dryer, three bedrooms each with a queen bed, a sofa bed, and two bathrooms. Relax and recharge your batteries in the building's fully equipped fitness center and enjoy the business center that offers you a quiet space to concentrate. Parking is available for just $20 per night, only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enjoy the seasonal pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, available daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. The neighborhood is a lively and vibrant area, with a wealth of commercial and office buildings, as well as public transportation, dining, and shopping options. It also has a thriving arts and cultural scene and several green spaces to enjoy. The apartment is just blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The cost is $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay.
