Includes a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay and two clean and modern bathrooms. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Parking is available for a fee, and guests must park only in their designated space and display their permit to avoid being towed. The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. The apartment includes a business center, a dedicated, work-friendly space with all the essentials for productivity.
