The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay, and a modern bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the beautiful community pool, open seasonally from 11 AM to 8 PM. Stay active in the building's fully equipped gym, and take advantage of the business center, a dedicated work-friendly space with all the essentials for productivity. Relax in the shared fireplace lounge and library. On-site parking for one vehicle is available for a nightly fee of $20. Enjoy a run or bike ride on the famous Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River, just a short distance away. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and hot food bar is located nearby. Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations potentially resulting in fines from building management. Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid ID presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time of 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. If you experience any issues during your stay, notify us immediately for assistance. The business center offers a dedicated, work-friendly space with all the essentials for productivity.
