About This Property

Rockville 1br 1st floor , roughly 550 sq feet . 10'2"x 9'9" bedroom, 14' x 9'9" living room 14' x 14'5" kitchen and bath. Gas and Electric heat, Gas Hot water, Gas stove. $1050 mo includes heat and hot water and electric and security deposit. and for another 30 good wifi SO for 1080 you wont have another Bill to pay!! If you're a problem tenant don't bother calling. There is off street parking. as well as on street The Neighborhood is a good one and is a quiet one! If the ad is still up its available, most spam asks if it available and i delete it!! I like to follow the following process. 1. If you like the Apartment after seeing it you fill out a rental application, the more information the better, And show me your license. 2. I then verify the information you provide to insure you will be a good tenant and good fit with the current GOOD PEOPLE who live there and in the neighborhood. Usually I prefer to do a 1 year lease to start and go month to month after that. We cannot do dogs because of insurance ! will add more pics in time. if you are a problem or dirt bag tenant don't waste my time or yours as I will figure this out!!!!!!!! if you have a checkered past, save your time and mine and look somewhere else.
