Gas heat, electricity, wifi, cable are tenant responsibilities. Window A/C are tenant responsibilities, as well. Approximately 900 sqft. Close to 84 and shopping. NO PETS, NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUT. Max capacity 4 individuals. All persons over 18 will be required to complete an online application and background checks. The cost per person per application is $55. This will be sent only if chosen to apply. In person open house showings will be conducted on: Saturday October 19 10am-12pm Friday November 1 5:30pm-7:30pm Sunday November 3 10am-12pm.
