There is 24 hour On-Call Maintenance should any issues arise. Tenants are responsible for paying the following utilities: Electricity, Heat & Hot Water which run off natural gas systems, and Cable/WiFi if you desire. This is a pet-friendly building for responsible pet-owners with an additional monthly Pet Rent ($20/cat $25/dog).
