It is located in a quiet neighborhood. This gorgeous home offers professionally landscaped front and back yards, a pebble tec pool and spa, a newly coated deck, and plenty space for entertaining! Nearly all pool equipment has been recently renovated, high efficiency pump installed, new filter, new spa jet pump, and new spa heater controller. *************************************** NOTICE TO POTENTIAL GUEST/S *************************************** - We are committed to abiding by all state, county and city rules and regulations as well as protecting our properties. We\'ve partnered with \"Know Your Guest\" (Superhog) the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. - Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest and you will be receiving a message and/or email from (Know Your Guest aka Superhog). - You will then be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit $200 or a damage waiver of $25. - In compliance to City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood we do NOT allow any large gatherings or Parties. (Any unauthorized/unregistered vehicles or guests equates to immediate eviction with no refund of stay and complete banning from booking channel where they completed reservation. (see house rules for more information) - User of Security Cameras, Noise aware sensors and valid neighbor noise complaints can be used against the booking individual and will lead to immediate eviction with NO REFUND and would be banned from Channel where booking was made. - Pet fee is for $200 /pet(non - refundable). - Pool is heated for $100 per night. - Spa area is heated same temp as the pool. - A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fireplace falls under the same guidelines. - USE OF POOL: The property is not staffed.
