Not a lot of crime here, occasional police presence in an official manner, there are several police who live just down the block

I wouldn't mind living near here despite the plummeting market values.

I grew up in the neighborhood that I am in and it is amazing. The crime rate is extremely low, the houses are just far enough apart to allow privacy but without feeling isolated. It's peaceful and quiet at times, but also warm and inviting. As an engaged woman, my future family and I are so excited to live in the same area.
