The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash and place it in the proper receptacle upon departure can result in fines up to $300.
