Your stay includes free access to the resort’s water park, complete with slides and a lazy river, as well as the clubhouse that houses a fitness center and additional pool. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Just 20-25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios, this home places Orlando’s top attractions within easy reach. A variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options sit only a few miles away. Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the checkout time of 10 AM. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation.
