The yard is 100 percent fenced and deck is above and beyond what you would normally find in a rental home. Dogs are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $50mo). Sorry no Cats. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow care. If you are not interested in that we can add $250mo to rent and have lawn mowed weekly and snow removed when it snows more than 2 inches.
