This villa features an open-plan living room with generous seating, a full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and ample counter space, and a private outdoor pool with a seasonal heat option. Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and bed linens. Family-friendly features include a high chair and Pack ’n Play. Step outside to a patio with loungers and outdoor seating, complemented by a BBQ grill. Enjoy free access to shared resort amenities including a water park, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, gym, and a hot tub. Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day of usage, with a week's notice requested. Located in the Windsor at Westside resort community, this villa offers easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions. Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are all within a comfortable drive. The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure, failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A pet fee is applied for welcoming one house-trained dog, subject to approval. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane must be provided by the guest. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee that the propane tank will be filled upon arrival. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. [SI]
