This unique space offers privacy and comfort, perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. This loft suite features exposed brick and hardwood floors, a full kitchen and dining area, and a private bathroom with toiletries provided. The bedroom is furnished with a memory foam double bed, sleeping two guests, while the living room offers a twin bed with a foam topper for added comfort, sleeping one. An additional queen airbed is available for two more guests. Enjoy entertainment on the large sectional couch with a 55" 4K Xumo TV or the 32" HDTV with Roku in the bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, fruit blender, and a small toaster oven. A wireless printing station is available in the building hallway, and laundry facilities are also located in the hallway. Guests have access to a fenced backyard. One parking space is available in the back, with metered parking in the front ($0.50/hour, free after 5 PM until 8 AM and on weekends).
