The home does not have an ice maker; only ice trays are provided. Guests have access to resort-style amenities including pools, hot tubs, sports courts, and a fitness center. Community grills are available for use. Located in the Sports Village community, this condo offers easy access to pools, sports courts, and nearby trails, making it a great home base for exploring the area. It is just a 2-minute drive from the Bear Claw Poppy trail and approximately 50 minutes from Zion National Park. The community is also close to hiking, biking, restaurants, and local attractions. There are stairs required to enter the unit. There is no smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector currently installed. No private grill is available due to HOA restrictions. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are $20/day per pet. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet. A $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets.
