Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building for approximately $15-17 per day or $125 per month. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. In the heart of Nora, you'll have access to unique restaurants and endless shopping at every corner. Take a short drive to Broad Ripple, and visit the Fashion Mall at Keystone, the premier luxury shopping destination for the Indianapolis metro area and Indiana. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
