If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Near Lake Walk, you can enjoy concerts, farmers’ markets, craft vendors, and scenic bike paths. This home is perfect for Ring Day, graduations, or family get-togethers. It's located 10–13 minutes from Kyle Field and 10 minutes from Downtown Bryan. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and a $400 fee will be retained to deodorize the home if evidence of smoking is detected. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; a fee of $300 plus $25 per person will be retained for unauthorized guests. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze. When leaving in the summer season, change both thermostats to the AWAY setting. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. There will be a $20 charge if trash is left on the property or outside the front door and is not bagged when placed in the dumpster. Should there be security cameras, guest may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure. [SI]
