Both rooms are adorned with stylish accents and have their own smart TV. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal. Enjoy a cozy seating area with a smart TV and a comfortable sofa. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. A sofabed in the living room provides an additional sleeping option. Located just a stone's throw from the soccer stadium and a 3-minute drive to Over the Rhine, you'll be near the city's best bars, restaurants, and retail, not to mention Findlay Market and the Rhinegeist Brewery. The vibrant downtown area is right around the corner, offering a plethora of dining options, entertainment venues, and cultural landmarks to discover. Getting around is a breeze, as you are just a 3-5 minute drive from the closest Streetcar stop, where you can hop on and go just about anywhere for free in the city! You can walk to TQL Stadium, which is 0.7 miles away, or grab a quick Uber/Lyft to anywhere in the downtown area. This apartment is located on a quiet residential street of historic homes in the West End/Outskirts of Over-The-Rhine. Please be aware that this is a mixed-income, urban neighborhood. You may encounter people of all walks of life, from homeless panhandlers to well-paid professionals. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent, and violating this policy may result in prosecution. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and disturbances may lead to reservation termination without refund. Smoking and lighting any flames indoors, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe a party is intended, entry will be denied. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected via credit/debit card, similar to a hotel incidentals hold. A $170 re-keying fee will be charged for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security/fire department/police fees or other costs are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
