This studio features a comfortable queen-size bed, premium linens, and a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal. Relax in the cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa. Street parking in front of the space is free. The apartment is conveniently situated near Over the Rhine's best bars, restaurants, and retail, as well as Findlay Market and Rhinegeist. Getting around is a breeze, with a 3-5 minute drive to the closest Streetcar stop, offering access to the entire city. TQL Stadium is just 0.7 miles away, and the downtown area is easily accessible via Uber/Lyft. This unit is on the third floor of a walk-up building. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may result in prosecution for criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Abusive behavior towards staff will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's behavior could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. There is a $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, and a $300 cleaning fee for smoking indoors. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste or in complete disorder will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional deep cleaning fee.
