As you head into the dining and kitchen area, you’ll have plenty of room to gather around a beautiful modern wood table for a home-cooked meal or a local takeout. A huge backyard and a spacious front porch are great for evening conversations and family connections. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. Guests must climb stairs to access the property. There is a security camera on the property. No parties or excessive noise are allowed, and guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove the smoke odor. The primary guest should be at least 20 years of age on the day of arrival.
