Very nice warm secure building in the heart of the Northern Illinois University campus. Just steps from campus and Bus stop. At this time we have SEVERAL INDIVIDUAL ROOMS in the larger house. The house features INDIVIDUAL rooms some with , some without carpet. basic dimensions are 12 x 12. some rooms are slightly larger. We allow pets on a case by case basis, and we insist on proper care of your pet. The house enjoys its own kitchen, large restroom , common space and washer/dryer. All utilities (electric,heat,garbage, water) are paid by owner. $400 PER MONTH $400 DEPOSIT THESE ROOMS ARE FOR SINGLE PEOPLE, THE CITY MANDATES IT UNDER OUR BOARDING HOUSE AGREEMENT. .
