Nice back yard with opportunity for a fire pit. Ample street parking on a quiet street. 3 minutes from the Mississippi Market Co-op. 4 minutes from the highway. Very close to multiple bus stops and Metropolitan State University. Price does not include utilities (trash, electric, water, etc.), but the house holds heat nicely. Pets welcome with owner approval, no breed restrictions (dog knows basic commands, cat is littler box trained). Arlington Dog Park is close and excellent for walking.
