management is awful, construction is messy no guest parking

I have been here 3 years and we have switched management 3+ times and this might be the worst. If you love guessing how much your utilities will be monthly and coming home to a wet parking garage, and listening to a bunch of construction noise this might be a great fit. Otherwise you will likely agree that this is not the place to live and for the same price you can find other communities in the area with the similar layouts, cleaner communal living spaces and less nonsense to deal with.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Trust the bad reviews that you see. The office staff is the worst I've EVER dealt with. I was sent a renewal offer, accepted that offer before the expiration date, only to be told they would not be honoring that rate anymore since it was a "mistake".....however, they didn't address this at all or send me a new offer letter UNTIL I went down to the office WEEKS later to ask them a couple questions. The prices are ridiculous considering what you get. Communication is TERRIBLE. Elevators will break constantly without any word from the office staff, the dog wash doesn't even have a shower head (which they never sent notice about), packages are stolen ALL the time, homeless people get in, the hot tub is literally green, the pool has a capacity of 6 people because it's so tiny, and I know several people who have had their cars stolen and/or broken into out of the "secure" garage we pay an additional $100 per month for. I've lived here for almost 3 years and can't believe how downhill this place has gone. Most people I know are not going to renew their lease due to the new office staff, raising rates, constant office staff turnover, and outdated amenities. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else that actually gives you what they offer for the price you pay.

Hallways are maintained on a regular basis. No problems with heating and cooling, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Wish dog owners didn’t let their dogs relieve themselves wherever they feel like it in the outdoor area on the third floor.

Unfortunately, it keeps getting worse. Not as safe as it once was and management overall has gotten worse over the years. No support and lack of communication. Maintenance team has always been really great. It’s always been the overall safety and support from all levels of management.

I was only here for a short amount of time, but I had a great experience! My apartment was nice and had beautiful floor to ceiling windows in every room. The walls are super thick, so I never heard my neighbors which was nice. The building also has an awesome gym with lots of windows, a nice pool table, secure garage parking, package lockers, hot tub (which could use some better cleaning). Overall, great experience!

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and it was a great place to live for the first three. In the last year my car was stolen twice and it seemed like nobody cared. I know a lot of peoples cars were stolen but it’s because the garage doors don’t work over half the time. I’m pretty sure P1 hasn’t worked in months. My car was stolen out of both garages. It’s something I would warn a future resident about.

Cheap build, bad management, good location

I've been here for a few years and the location is great BUT this place is poorly built, and horribly maintained. Cons: -Thin walls and floors. You can hear every footstep of the people above and next to you. - Garage door was broken for 6+months straight (off and on regularly before that). People had cars broken into and tampered with. Homeless people locking themselves into peoples apartments, and I had a homeless guy enter my apartment while I was sleeping. I brought this issue up with management and their response was they don't advertise "secure" parking. - Windows and sliding doors are not soundproof. If you're around the pool area, you can hear every word of conversations. - Sirens and loud cars due to being near hospital and being surrounded by 3 major streets. Good luck talking meetings from home without background noise. - Stairwell filled with pet urine and reeks. - No consequences for people using the pool area after hours regularly and disturbing the surrounding apartments. - When renewing, management will attempt to price gouge you will a much higher renewal rate and will offer lower rates if you decline (or nice). Basically trying to get as much money from you as they can. - Trash rooms reek and regularly filled with trash and tenants not putting their things down the chute. Pros: - Location is great. - Washer/Dryers are good. Not great. - Liquor store below. Other downtown apartments are built and maintained much better. Even if they cost more, I recommend going else where and save yourself from the headache and peace of mind.

Great Location and Friendly Staffs

I have been living at Via Apartment for over three months now and I love it! From the application process to the staff, everyone had been so friendly and helpful and it was the fastest application process I ever had. Everything was all set within few days, thanks to Tasia Hine, one of the Sale Director. She made my move simple, easy and quick. She communicated with me very well throughout the process and made sure I got all the paperwork I needed. Even though she was OFF the day I was moving in, she made sure all my info was available for Megan to take care of me and showed me around on my move-in day. I have never visited VIA before moving from out-of-state, so I was totally depending on whatever is shown on the Via website. All the pictures shown on the website looks exactly the same as they are in person, so that was a relief for me. On top that, the location is great. The Supper is also very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place, for the price, location and especially if you are moving from out-of-state and searching for apartments solely based on online photos.

Agreed POOR POOR Management Brian is specifically a RUDE RUDE PERSON

If you want a place with a rotten RUDE RUDE manager... who acts like he is some flaming queen of the century and throws his hands up at you when you ask a question then go on and move here. I personally would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WITH THE MANAGEMENT that is place. As you can see from ALL THE TERRIBLE reviews about BRIAN, I am not alone when I say he is not a professional person. WE THE TENANTS have talked about him numerous times; but nothing seems to be done about it. So let the place lose the business over a very rude manager...Won't even acknowledge or say hello to you if you run into him in the hallways or the elevator... What a sign of very poor customer service, you would think the manager of a place like this and you pay this much rent might want to treat you like a person.

Poor management nice apartment

We have lived at this property for 30 days and the Manager has been ABSOLUTELY aweful. Upon move in the door handle was loose and they told us they would have it fixed that following week.Well it took them almost a month. Next the dishwasher dry cycle was not working and we were told to use Jetdry and that should fix it- well that didn't work so they decided they would swap it with one from a vacant unit. They did that today and well obviously they didn't test it because there is NO water running into it to run. When my fiancé went in to talk with Brian the manager he said with a attitude he put in another request to have it fixed. My fiance then said he was going above his head and Brian's response was do what you have to do. I'm sure we won't have a working dishwasher for a month just like the door handle. The outdoor TV by the pool area is not in working order, the front planters that ALL of our guests see have been filled with dead flowers and trash repeatedly, main elevator has been broken numerous times, the button doesn't light up so you don't know if it is in working order, the package concierge still had the previous tenants info set up to our unit and WE had to set it up even though its managements responsibility, the dog run stinks and is continuously left with dog poop, the lobby coffee maker has been broken, there are wall hooks where there used to be artwork in the elevator lobby area and it has not been replaced, and the list goes on and on. The manager will post eviction notices on the 3rd day of the month on people's doors where you are able to see the tenants information which to me is a HUGE violation of privacy and I'm sure illegal- when we mentioned that Brian told us that it was a mistake because the previous milestone employee had not put in the concession to the tenants account. Shouldn't he have caught that BEFORE posting a eviction notice?We love the actual apartment itself. The finishes are top notch and our layout is very spacious. It's very sad that this complex is being neglected due to poor mngmnt. Every resident we have encountered has said the EXACT same thing about management and how poorly they seem to even Care.Had we known this was the nightmare we would experience with the change over we would have chosen a different property. When you are paying almost $1700 for an apartment you expect a certain level of service as well as the ability to utilize all the amenities. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

We LOVE the Via!

We have been living at the VIA for over five months now. The location is absolutely perfect, smack between Downtown Denver and South Broadway, within walking distance of Trader Joe's, King Soopers, cool coffee houses, bars, shops, everything! We have easy access to the Cap Hill area and are able to have a neighborhood vibe on one side of the building and the hustle and bustle of the city on the other. Our view from the sixth floor is amazing, we are able to see almost the entire Denver skyline as well as the mountains. Amenities are amazing, the gym is state of the art and the pool and jacuzzi are easy to access and just the right size for the pool deck (most complexes in Denver do not even have a Jacuzzi). We have used the grills quite a few times, they are huge and make entertaining for a BBQ simple and fun. Obviously all appliances and spaces are BRAND NEW. This was a HUGE factor for us in determining whether or not a place would be worth it and the VIA certainly is. We live in one of their "Urban One Bedroom" options and despite our initial hesitation when we only looked at the floor plan online, once we saw it in person, it is truly the perfect size for a couple living alone. There really is nothing I can say negatively about this place. We are seriously considering extending our 13 month lease to an 18 because we love it that much. Thanks VIA!
