This private, two-bedroom one-bath apartment is in a premier Uptown location. Recently remodeled ground floor apartment has a private entrance and features exposed beams and a new full sized kitchen. The unit is part of a duplex and the owners live upstairs. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (fiber internet, electric, water, gas, trash). This residential neighborhood is quiet, and yet walking distance from everything you need. Our home is blocks from Whole Foods, Children's hospital, many restaurants, pharmacies, etc. It is also two blocks from Audubon Park, which has 1.8-mile jogging and bike path, a lagoon, picnic shelters, and playgrounds. Audubon Park is open to the public and also features tennis courts, riding stables, soccer fields, the Audubon Golf Club, and the Audubon Zoo. Lease duration is flexible.
